employing a dedicated sales person to convert prospects isn't odd. the big red flag is the ceo's annual salary and relative inexperience. i didn't know about the latter or former. but, he misled the market by using words that didn't reflect the reality. even not coming clean about horizon. can't blame yourself if the board just bluster and bull****tte. there should be fines and tighter controls to prevent what the board have done.

I think that many doctors must know about this test by now. What holds it back is the lack of data. Loads of people are trying to develop a super-duper blood test that detects prostate cancer with very high accuracy. The sales results so far have shown a really slow uptake of OBD's tests. I know it will happen one day but it's a long wait for investors. The management need to prove themselves as well as they look a bit silly ATM, like they are clueless silly.

When will the bounce come? Don't sell the whole lot. This isn't a write off but we are looking at much lower expectations until there is a real upshift in sales. Without profits, we won't get far.

I still think that the IP is worth something and a big trial would make a huge difference to interest. I was always hoping for a buyout. Never expected this management to take the products to significant penetration. That's what we need now, trials that show impact and efficacy and a fair buyout.

We would get more luck if we had power over executive pay. No bonus until test sales exceed 50 per day etc.

so does arrogance. everyone wants this technology to be successful but we need proper clinical trials before the medical professionals chose the psa over the pse. also, there are lots of competitors out there who want a piece of the market. we should be running private clinical trials at the very least. the management need to do much better clearly. i hate it when great ideas get sunk by the ****e british management class - ******s

There are some good companies out there but 80-90% on Aim just take the pee. Too many corrupt, dishonest people who use their shareholders like a piggy bank and dilute their shareholders to oblivion. But, you only need a few successes and you could make a million. That's the draw

A potentially great company but managers haven't delivered what we expected. I think I have seen so many UK pharmas crash and burn or get bought out. This will recover hopefully, they just need a decent board and CEO.

The drop this morning isn't justified. It was always going to be about forming partnerships to turbo charge sales. With the insurance code for PSE active from 1st Jan, I would expect a very high ramp up from now as they have the US lab ready to go with 200,000 test per year capacity. They should be profitable very soon.

The MMs will play with this share until an agreement lands. The divided opinion on this board shows that. I was just expecting an extension but nevermind.

How long will LB stick around? I suspect that they're already gone from the table - you don't release an RNS like that if you respect your JV partner. I hope that a better deal will come along soon and trust that the board will always seek to protect and maximise current shareholder value. It's just a rather longer road to a big rerate than we thought.

Will the MOU still be with LB? They might wish to go down another road. I doubt that yesterday's RNS bodes well for a deal with LB. It increases the risk that negotiations fail, ultimately. CMET has signalled that there are potentially better offers on the table. If a deal with LB were close and likely acceptable to CMET then surely they would have agreed to extend the MOU by one month? That is what we all expected - a small extension. Will there be another MOU or will the board just announce the JV as it happens. Might be another 3 months or more. If they get lots of interest then great but I do feel for the investors that spent big at 4.2p.

What the hell happened today? We were told deal before Xmas and then cold feet. They have institutions giving them extra cash for a low special price and then bam! They clearly knew what was about to happen , couldn't have been a surprise to them. Did the board mislead the market to give them the extra cash to survive another 6 months sans deal? A bit disappointed tonight.

I think that they probably expected a deal soon. It's difficult to know what was discussed behind closed doors. What did the BOD reveal? Institutional investors probably wanted to build their position at a very good price (last month). Did they want the BOD to reject the deal? Who knows, PIs always last to know.

I can't imagine that a deal with LB looks promising. They are basically saying that they can get better elsewhere. Why did they not release this RNS at 7am. They knew that it wasn't great news. The business needs funding for the mine.

Sometimes with investments, it's a case of expect the unexpected. Have people been banking Lithium and inflating the price, similar to what can happen with oil. Have a family friend who says - if you're told that something will happen, it's already happened! I sold my shares here as soon as the funding news landed - I knew then that market confidence was falling in a way that was unlikely to recover in the short term. It didn't expect Li spot prices to drop off a cliff tho.

I expect an announcement of the Mov extension and positive noises about progress so far. That should return the SP to 5p hopefully.

We should hear about the MOU soon. If a deal comes before year end then great! The SP is very low, never expected to be here in December. I think I thought 10+p as did many very much non-rampy, sage people.

Same characters posting over and over tells me that the herd has yet to arrive. I'm a relative newcomer here but I do hope that the JV pushes us beyond 20p. It just depends on the deal. I'll admit, who would think that LB taking 50% of all profits off the bat and then using those profits to fund further capacity in exchange for equity is a good deal? The upfront cost for them is minimal, they could buy the company outright and it would probably cost more. I don't know but it really depends on the terms. What would shareholders accept, that's the key. I understand that many are still underwater.
