I think that a deal will be signed and that's going to lead to resource expansion and a productive mining operation. No idea why people are selling when the share price is still less than a quarter of it's IPO level. Madness before the bank holiday!

Perhaps one of us should have attended the conference. JV deal needs inking then it's a big rerate from here. NPV minimum estimate is $160M - pre significant resource expansion. We should be sitting at £80M minimum.

Someone was buying lots before the bell on Friday. People are starting to buy again here. It's an easy 6-8 x from here in the short-term. Amazed we aren't much higher but perhaps the tide is turning now. Deal news should come in the next week or so.

Was Ando telling porkies - wouldn't be the first time. Someone was selling into the rise yesterday which is why we haven't rerated. It can't go on much longer. We are hugely undervalued. The deal will be signed within the next week or so. Off-take should be easy as these are in demand minerals thanks to lots of defence spending and semiconductor demand.

It deserves a minimum X3 from here. Once that deal is signed, what the hell would hold this back. It's mineral sands, you literally suck up the sand, separate the minerals and return the sand. It's super easy from a technical standpoint. So many conventional mining projects are complex and risky from a CAPEX standpoint. This is very different.
