I've gradually sold down my investment here after accepting huge losses (for me). I don't understand why the board haven't Rns'ed about what's going on. We are heading into December and it's not looking good. Greg (Australian b*llsh*t merchant) and the BOD have gone completely AWOL and that makes we worry about what's happening!

I expect TRP to RNS soon about this. It's either Vali or Var. Not other rigs are available. I believe it to be Vali but it has to be one of the above.

Borr only have 4 rigs assigned to Africa. I take it as a certainty that it's for TRP. It also makes sense of the placings. TRP must have already paid some upfront costs in Borr to get the rig moving.

I take it you've not invested here? If the farm-out and bank loans happen, no reason to think they won't, there will be little reason for raises in the medium term. And with a much higher SP, small raises won't really factor anymore

That is a nonsense statement - how would they dilute away a X5 increase. Do you think our MCAP will be 5M forever. I would encourage people to contact JA if they have questions. He normally replies. Better that than making rubbish up.

There is no such change in tone between RNSes. I expect news soon, really.

I feel that they needed this top-up for whatever reason. The farm-out news is what we all wait for. It is frustrating from an investor standpoint but JA is also a big shareholder. If the farm-out lands as expected then it's many multiples from this very low price.

The market is always forward looking. We could be at 500M before 2026 if all goes well. It's the farm-outs that will drive value here as they turn potential resources into real production. After some huge losses for me on Aim in the last year, I'm hoping that my luck changes and my life as well. The Namibia asset is also very interesting. Tower could do 500x from here...the value of what's in the ground is staggering.

Share price is still ridiculously low. I can't imagine that it will take much longer. Tower just don't have the time to wait. They need to spud the well by Feb 2025. JA knows this, of course. I would accept the full funding offer and get the rig booked and on its way. Really, I would have expected (given 'coming weeks' in the last RNS) that it's coming next week...
