The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Interesting trading this morning, lots and lots of relatively small purchases would seem to suggest the share tip has interested a few new investors.
Not the time to sell IMHO. I've been holding so long I can wait to see what happens.
I wish 300,000 shares were worth £64k, you wouldn't see me for dust!
I think the point is PS that £64k is a significant amount to invest in one transaction, it implies someone knows more than we do ;o)
There were a couple of £64k buys Monday that's the cause of the rise I think, hardy usual PnD pattern of trading.
Sure it was discussed yesterday but anyone any idea whats going on. I've been ignoring this for a while.
GLA
128% down? Who is your broker Diane Abbott?
13 to 2.81 is about 78% down.
I didn't receive the Trellis email? Did everyone get it?
Joe, we all knew there was going to be seismic acquisition as it was a requirement of the licence that it had to be undertaken by Autumn next year. So unless we were going to give up the asset which secures our main debt they were obliged to do it.
I'm pleased the RNS shows that they are fulfilling obligations. God help us and let's hope SM is as good as previously suggested, it might be the difference of getting our money back or totally losing it.
Thanks in advance to anyone posting FSC stuff later, I'm working so will not be able to read it as it happens.
Agree PNE it’s hard to believe this was the best offer!
Can't remember who posted it but JP made a comment about potentially going somewhere where SH are more supportive.
Does he really believe he has done right by the shareholders? Is this really the best deal available, that's what worries me that this is the best available which beggars even more questions!
I have been reflecting on the Deal over the weekend and I am still struggling to understand how JP managed to get such a bad deal and take so long over getting it. The data must be truly awful or the other offers must have been dire.
Apart from posters saying there is no deal not one poster predicted such a bad deal. JP appears to have surpassed himself. I think the trust in JP is so eroded that the Chairman must be the best route for answers because too many people just no longer trust anything JP says. The talk of a LE is now to pot, there is no nothing to distribute.
I have sent my details to Trellis, strength in numbers for what it's worth.
No C4 is a private company.
I own a private company.
Neither my company nor C4 are listed but they are both public availbale to view on CH website.
(for Clarity its not my company that bought Tendrara, however if I had know what it would go for I might have been tempted!)
That's just cash.
You are ignoring the value of the 49% holding in the new JV and the value of SM (which you have included the debt write off for)
However it is correct for net cash value per share
Given the level of suspicion surrounding the potential involvement of C4 and JP in this deal maybe an email to the Chair (who I do not believe is involved in C4 would be appropriate? The Chair holds considerably more shares than any of us on this BB and therefore is unlikely to let JP just feather his own nest?
I thought Kirk was his surname? His first name is Captain
I'd forgotten about N4$ in his mini metro in the car park. Does he have a smart phone do you think? If he's heard the news BM and JJ might want to avoid M&S this lunchtime. better still they should lock the doors!
Blimey what a sorry deal after a 5 to 6 month wait! If JP is please with his performance then he sets his standards very low. He is not the deal maker he has been telling us he is.
I will hold because I do think the area has potential and to be honest on the basis of probability we should hit some gas and besides it can't go much lower.
But what a waste of time. As I always say 'it's the hope that kills you in the end.'
The RNS says 51% of the east Morocco asset not the company. They are setting up a JV for the Tendrara asset not the company so SM etc nothing to do with this deal.
Big difference
Agree Prudent. This deal is a positive for the current position and the price will increase. It values SOU at about 18p a share so we are undervalued but it is also a million miles away from what JP promised and even from what many of us disciples had hoped. Will I vote for it? Reluctantly yes. It's the only hope of continuing and it gives us a chance to unlock further potential. Am I happy? Absolutely not.
Anyone got the details? I couldn't find reference to it in the RNS do we have to wait for the deal to be approved before the party gets announced? It's just that it gets really busy around Christmas I don't want to end up double booked.
Exciting times no?
Who is we Delaney? It’s not the deal we all wanted but it probably the best deal available, please don’t presume to speak for all SH
