Why can't it happen before they are converted???? In RNS it states that they will get 10% over the price if it does happen. So to say it won't is a little misleading.

Why is it you can't sell when the price is about to drop and can't buy when the price is about to rise. Been playing with shares for 15 years and it never use to do this. Is this another way of Manipulation. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.
