Just a worry that the board have no skin the game and HE1 will need to raise funds in the next 6 months too, not suggesting this wont be big in the future but short term....

How many shares do the board have? I can find info on 91% held by the general public, some held ny landstead etc. but just over 1m held by the ceo, just wondering why the "big Instututions" are not buying this? Usually when PI's are the main investor makes we think the risk of no value creation is very high? just my observations
