I really don't understand all that, the BOD and II's, Strategic investors have so much skin in the game they believe there will be a sale, not sure how else they would make anything any other way, certainly the BOD wont...

The issue was always the carbon footprint of the Electric vehicles due to the manufacturing and transport of the materials, batteries etc.. Now with a Green supply, car and battery made in the UK carbon footprint a lot lower

The deal imo is essentially done, just the formal / legal stuff takes time.
Post the AGM I expect a big RNS, the BOD will have the resolutions they need to progress
Once shorts closed we should see an uplift in the SP
