You would have to be pretty stupid if you thought we’d end up with 5 or more mines and a market cap of 200m without further raises buddy. I fully expect more and welcome them. The difference is each time he does they will be at higher levels IE 30p 50p etc. I’m expecting Russell to also use lending to fund mines once in production. Maybe end up anywhere between 60-100m shares which is fine by me at 20m EBITA. Or £2 per share at 100m shares

Think about this EUA just paid 500,000 for a huge MASSIVE recourse of Platinum on a 75/25% JV in their favour
You say "When #CRTM finds it’s mine, is the target company going to value them at 5.5 times their net asset value?" How sure are you he is targeting companies and not mines not currently in production
Come back in a month or two and do your maths, then you can decide if you want to pay 45/60p to get in

Does anyone here know how many viable mines in Africa aren't currently producing or what price the would be or how russell intends to fund them ? no
Does anyone know how many producing mines are producing at a fraction of what their capacity could be ? no
No one on this board knows and can only go off past experiences good or bad and assign options here based on that
Personally I've put my trust in Russell and his vision and if I'm right and he does what he has said he will do I'll be made for life if he can't I'll try something else. Personally I don't think i'll be trying something else

Have a listen to Russells interviews and go back to last September after listing so you can make your own mind up
For me, We have a great CEO with huge knowledge and contacts within the industry with a great team and he has also invested his own money into CRTM. Recently returned back from Africa and then excused himself from the telegram group which implies to me RTO is imminent which start the journey
Current MCAP 7m is purely based on what we the investors believe he will deliver which says alot when as you say today we have nothing
I expect two mines coming out of RTO (one great one would also be fine) and believe this will deliver 4 streams of revenue (two commodities per mine) and EBITA of around 5-7M once production is maximised valuing CRTM at around 60m and lets say he does a raise of 20m shares taking us to 64m shares, then a third mine by Xmas!
SP by Xmas between £1 and £1.50 in my view so 22p is bloody cheap
I understand if people are sceptical but all I'll suggest is don't just do the lazy thing and say 7m MCAP for a company that owns nothing (Today) has reached it SP highs without doing your research as it just makes you look exstreamly silly
If you choose to invest GL if not GL but lets not turn this board into a EUA board with those that wish they had invested earlier becoming bitter

CEO Russel Fryer has recently stepped away from the Telegram group which to me implies RTO isn't far maybe a week or 2

In a recent interview he said his target was 5 mines delivering two resources per mine, NASDAQ next year, dividends and 20M EBITA or 200Mcap in three years, gives us a share price of £2 at 100m shares but only 44m at present

My personal targets are 3/4 months 50p and £1 by xmas so 20p is a absolute bargain

I've been buying from 7's all the way up to last week and will keep buying as I get funds and this is by far my largest holding
CEO has publicly said his target is 20m EBITA so god only knows what his real target is
He has also said he aims to list on NASDAQ and expects institutions and therefore dividends

If I were you I'd do some real research on CRTM before you start knocking it on their thread and twitter
Just comparing MCAP's and saying CRTM has the same as yours with no deals should actually tell you all you need to know. Look at the board, watch the videos and look at how many shares are in diamond hands
If we have MCAP of 7m now with CEO just back from Africa and could go into RTO in weeks and come out with two mines and then more before Xmas just imagine where we'll be.
If you can't be bothered researching then come back in 6 months and compare MCAP
I'm thinking 35-45p in 3 months out of RTO then on from there

Looks like Captain Russell Fryer is heading back from Africa
I can't see it being long until he reveals what CRTM will be buying and with around 80% of the stock in sticky hands can't wait to see where the SP gets too.
If you're watching this stock I wouldn't wait too long as once it RTO's I can't see these prices being seen ever again
