I bet the roads are a lot different now than 12 months ago, last weekend was horrendous around us with everyone on their way to Blackpool/Lakes
I you have a loan and put a claim in, would a new co actually fight it or just write it off? If written off your credit score wouldn't be affected as the same FCA rules would still protect you with new co
I just can't see anyone giving much for a loan book like that
Only was out of this, is a better offer if they are able but I don't really know what the situation with their creditors is
What wouldn't surprise me is the two institutions picking up a Amigo for a steal

I think what he means is, as long as you still have a loan balance and a claim you'd be better off as whoever takes over the book (if anyone would) would most likely write it off meaning you wouldnt have to pay it back

One thing is for sure all our talk about GJ's team having a great relationship and insider knowledge has not worked for amigo
I pretty much blame the BoD as I said in Jan- the offer was crap and their rewards way too high at way too low SP and know PI's will suffer if FCA do get their way

The deal was always too good for BoD and PI's
Increase profit share/SP raise or add to pot.
Still think it's a good LTH and if i had any spare funds I'd be buying back now but wouldn't be expecting £1 by Oct etc

Nothing has changed. If you held into this you must of know there were two possible outcomes and lets be honest the negative outcome is not a dead cert and I personally think it won't happen
£1 by September looks less likely but still huge potential rewards here

I was LUCKY sold at 8.5 but bought CRTM at 8's
Both stocks have been neck and neck since but CRTM have gone into RTO suspension today so money now tied up
The other other one I bought was EUA and if that pops I'll be looking here again

I was all in here last January and was was very open that I'd sold (at 8.5) dew to the fact I believed I could make more elsewhere and come back pre SP movement
I didn't see II's jumping in

Surely a 50p sale would of been done months ago
I'm hoping for a nice div 50p-£1 then hold shares or full sale £2 ish

And I’ll also add for those that don’t know, Russell is the CEO and holds around 30% and every time he dilutes he dilutes his own holding. I get some CEO’s have been put in place and have nothing to lose doing raise after raise but we are not in that situation here.
Nothing is a dead cert but I’m very confident and holding a large % of my PF here
