I paid 350k for a property in 2018, just sold it for 550k

Three people wanted it because it's in the countryside and there's a shortage of homes like it

If I'm not mistaken I'd say EUA have something plenty will want (even in this climate) and it's just a case of timing

Most sensible thing you've said but selling a house is rather different than a huge complex deal

Locally to me, the council gave planning permission for 2000 new homes to be built on a brownfield site (not brown filed but that is a totally different argument)

The planning permission was granted in 2017, and drilling for water levels was done and all was good.

Due to the complex nature of the deal, COVID, and companies' bandwidth to get it over the line, not one foundation has been built or the final deal completed yet.

Does this mean the land is now worth 100th of it value ?No

Does this mean the deal won't happen? No

The point is, complex huge deals can take many years and that's without a war

Your narrative is simple and you spout out "in my opinion" or "hypothetical scenario" then follow it with fictitious facts imagined by you to deramp- your eagerness to convince everyone to sell due to lack of positive outcome is obviously for some self-gain, financial or mental I don't know but obvious

This month, next month or whenever, as EUS say they are explorers, and they've found the jackpot so why would they sell for peanuts?

lets go with eua loose court case, damages were awarded at 20p per share but eua don't care as the offer is 60p

Personally, I'll go with no sale yet due to the geopolitical environment but believe these have been satisfied by the bod and the buyer is now more comfortable to purchase. For all we know the buyer might have been waiting to see if they could get it for peanuts but the BoD have held strong and now they have to put a sensible offer on the table. Obvs, all in my opinion

Just let the invested discuss the share they are actually invested in and go and save someone that wants it. You all have way much to much time on your hands so put your energy into raisng money for charity or something useful

You asked me a question regarding my question of 5% worth- I was clea;ry refering to Donkeys stament of " a 95% discount was likely for EUA" So regardless of actual sale value I wanted to know what that stamnet was based on

What other company (that still opportates in Russia) has been sold for 5% of actual value?

Where did his 95% come from?

Its a simple quston that doesn't need lots of others jumping in or debate on EUA- It just requires a simple answer
