Totally agree with what you are saying and to be honest not sure what difference the normal PI holding sharing could make to the final scenario agreed by the BOD

But what would make sense is that the BOD will be trying for the best possible outcome as that benefits them rather than someone negotiating with no skin in the game. That's just logical
