The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Looking at the chart it is very rare that it has 3 down days in a row and certainly not 4. A mix of Europe in a mess and NEX exposure there playing with the SP
IG stopped allowing SB trading a couple of months ago, this is why I could not get another position open after I closed mine down. I only have the shares in an ISA left here so that was that. have you found out about 212 ?
Count me in at £3.61 close
RDH and some IIs could use this thread as a business advisory service, great work. :)
With yet another 10 pence reduction, its the Sale of the Century

I hold on spreadbet via IG and pay their "lending fees" of 2.5% and as the share price is pretty stable all seems to sit well without too much concern.
It is a nice diverse investment here, the only others I consider similar to this are healthcare of which there are a could of note and also dabble in student housing. People need to learn, the need to eat then fade away. All bases covered. Great REIT this one, not even a blip really back in March 2020, not much risk to capital here. I hold through 3x leverage via IG so it is a bit like a buy to let with a mortgage but with better returns. It works out about 15% p/y return after costs with a similar risk profile. Have fun building your position.
It did say it had been scaled back so well done on getting the full allocation. I take it that was at 106p as in the original offer ?
The 2M is the Uncrossed Trade at the end of the day.
Just need to look at the size of the trades. It is the "sell on news" phenomenon that some PI's use. There will not be many if any II that will be selling due to the results (that they will have known about anyway) so I am surprised by how dramatic the SP has gone off but in my view nothing for a long term holder should be worried about. Roll on summer.
It was a week out but quote : "Short-term traders (and I'm not one of them) - I'd wait until the third week of March to sell, then buy again the second week of April. You can top slice any profits, keep them and reinvest at a lower price. That's no insider knowledge, just a gut feeling that's quite strong, but obviously do your own research."
I am sure this has more to do with people positioning ISA amounts etc than the actual stock but this recent drop from the highs is frustrating for some.
This was predicted by Dofus' crystal ball. I doff my hat to him.
They say never return to a scene of a crime but I am here, licking my wounds, anyway the Long Haired General has just phoned up to inquire about the Iona cruise and our local agent has been inundated with calls since early doors with people trying to book. There is demand.
Rox' I have been around this game a long time and have also a "passion" for property but just an idea to keep you in the game a little longer is to at least fill an isa or two with some REIT shares - my tipple of choice is SUPR and has a long way to go with a nice 5-6% return with a little capital growth thrown in with maybe a heathcare REIT in there and you are then Landlord to some major names and have something to watch and either pass on or play with without all the hullabloo of shares in companies that are no better than going to the casino and betting red or black. I truly wish you all the best and remember well the dot com excitement, 2008 and now this. Enjoy :o)
Just been doing a chart overlay for GOG and NEX and they are nearly the same chart, both at about the same point in recovery with similar outlook. They both look like good value recovery plays still, plenty to go at and should continue the climb out of this mess in a stable and stress free manner. A less stressful way of life than BTC and all it's friends.
On the 4H chart the RSI and Stoch have retreated to the point where it has to be a buying opportunity for those who are wanting to.

They will have a similar MCAP the way it is going ........ A replay of AML is playing out for them.
