You need to remember profit and loss are not an indicator for company’s value. All rich people and big companies are in debt and on loss technically because they take out loans not to pay taxes. So…don’t think the question would give you relevant information

To be completely fair it seems like Russel had a lot of expertise but was also spread out as a non executive chairman of way too many companies at the same time. PHE requires people who would prioritize the project in making it work…

Very happy with the rise although I hope someday soon we go back to 10-11p and surpass it. Still a little worried as we have seen this down-up-down-up tendency before. Fingers crossed we get more substantial news and get things moving. A JV with HUI over Ireland would be great, and so will a financial close with peel.

MrFuture unlike others I am not so disturbed by the silence from Paul. His former work and credentials speak highly of him. And if I was appointed a CEO of a company that has a record of publishing information without much action and having so many delays, I would regroup, take the time to build solid and active plan so when the next RNS and information and being put out, I could regain shareholders’ trust. At least that’s what I live to believe he is doing, time will tell of course. It’s unfortunate that he has been squeezed by the current drop but would prefer for things to be done slowly and properly than in a rush and to have another line up of statements without substance. I have a lot of belief in PHE, I just think they need worldwide PR support in order to find big partners who can really push the technology forward.

It wasn’t an attack, if was a reaction to the interview, and I explained the reason why I reacted so strongly is because that specific interview mismatches the potential the company has and it’s leadership representation. That is aways park or FOAK which I believe on PHE side has been worked out, on HUI hasn’t fully but it will be. The biggest issues are coming from the board and lack of leadership in the companies, which is the one working out the business deals and the funding. The engineering part is the easiest and has been for the most sorted out. As for reverse stock split…I could partially agree, even half it will not affect the market cap buy there are too many shares in issue rn and it could be positive in attracting bigger investors.

I have but a lot of it is nitpicking and a long shot…conformity applies to physical products yes, but dmg is a technology station, or factory if you need to cal it , it’s not a product.
As for this certificate it appears as just something that can easily be attained AFTER DMG is built. Not a requirement before building the station. I’m pretty sure there is a lot more stuff that needs to be registered and of course it will be in order for the company to operate.

Appreciate when you have actual concerns, like the last of press and the constant delays and slow progress, the lack of proper leadership and speakers from both PHE and HUI, that’s something we can almost all agree they need to improve. But a lot if your posts are trying to portray issues that are not really there. Let alone that you say you’re not invested so I don’t understand where is all this coming from.
