Standard deviations? Brexit this , Covid that , charts , trends , twaddle. This share is played over and over , pure and simple. Up and down , almost daily. No connection with actual buys and sells. I for one have made money maybe twenty or thirty times over the past couple of months. Was about to buy today but had to take a call. Still keep a largish holding , can’t sell it without CGT implications , and long term I agree , prospects are excellent.

Orders , contract news , M and A news within the H2 sector. These will move the SP faster than factory completion. Completely agree re HS2 etc. Electrification is expensive stupidity given the H2 option.

Knowing when to sell is definitely harder than knowing when to buy. That’s my experience anyway. One thing for sure , it’s virtually impossible to get both timings right. He has made a good profit and that’s the main thing. Mind you , there are ways of staying in and playing the swings either way. It’s still pretty volatile compared to most stocks.

Sorry but I have to agree with Larky.. It’s just endless. Apart from anything else if you believe the SP is heading for £15 in a few years time and you’re worrying about a few pence here or there? Best to stick to the day job. It was a different diatribe when you were in. No offence intended but we don’t need an investment life story. I’ve been here since 2004 and could really bore people....

Lor-9. I’m invested in both CWR and ITM (and others....). In my opinion CWR are far too quiet whilst ITM themselves are far from noisy so comments about “endless marketing” are really misplaced. If they put out more new it’s because they have more. The noise comes from their BB where we now seem to have a million and one contributors. CWR need real news or you may find that their SP will fall away. Between the two I would invest and have invested far more in ITM but glad I’m in both. Don’t knock H2 companies they are the future. CWR’s need ITM’s.

But easy to make money on. Would rather have some stability to be honest. Agree with the plaything comment , roll on the FTSE where (hopefully?) it won’t be so easy. Why is it allowed because there is certainly no connection with the size of SP fluctuations and actual demand.

Unadulterated and shouldn’t be allowed. Okay RNS as expected. Zero connection between wild SP swings and trades. Herberts in the know probably non socially distancing slaps on the back as I type. Seen it many times before and expected it alongside the trading update. Hope no one suffered too much. H2 story and prospects unaltered. GLA

Cheap/Expensive , who know’s? The RNS has supplied the perfect opportunity for more SP manipulations so just be careful. Suspect the yoyo-ing will carry on for a while.

What I had reconfirmed today. This share is played like the Philharmonic string section. Expect the unexpected , up or down. Got really lucky myself , needed to buy some back under the 30 day rule , set a 30k limit order last week at £2.97 , came back from dog walk and found that good old ii had snapped them up @ £2.77 Gutted for the stop loss brigade because overall the update was probably better than I expected. Nothing changed really. GLA

Thanks guys. Having been here 16 years I’m quids in whatever. I’m not complaining I just want to put the sprinkles on the icing on the cherry on the cake. I’m looking at a major CGT bill next year unless I buy back within the next few weeks. This thing , whilst going up strongly , has been like the proverbial wotsits draws so I’m pretty sure a drop will come , plus I do want to keep a significant holding. You don’t keep the faith for this amount of time then just walk away completely. Just hope I’m ready for the drop as I don’t like setting limit orders. Nice problem I guess. GLA

Cheers Wickers. Much appreciated. Unfortunately , unless I read it wrong , the big % increase is only on cardfactory.com which was less than £5m turnover for FY20. The ‘getting personal’ element or whatever hasn’t been so dynamic. Will continue to monitor and probably buy more if it dips. Long term has to go up IMO.

Can’t believe I’m saying this as a LTH but when is this thing going to drop? I really need to buy back in having sold quite a few tranches in the last weeks expecting the typical fall back. Apologies to those who are more recently invested.

Any idea what the value of their online sales are? I can only find % increases which whilst looking quite exciting could actually be misleading? I’m a holder with cash on the side wondering whether to average down.

Not sure the £2 average selling price is correct. That would buy you a couple of cards plus a shoe shine in the branches I’ve visited. You are spot on though , their margins must be fantastic compared to the competition. Plus , because their offerings are incredibly cheap they could put prices up 10 or 20% and I for one would still think them a bargain. I’m sure there will be ups and downs but ultimately the SP can only head in one direction IMO. GLA

I’m not sure what nett zero means for a company like BP. Will they have to offset everything they take out of the ground , presumably so? That’s pretty massive to be fair.

Not sure I completely agree re BP Bilbs. It will happen gradually but for sure demand will wane , the costs will remain high and FF’s will increasingly become the enemy. Their forecourts will eventually be selling H2 so why just take a small cut? Plus , if recent times have proven anything it’s the dodginess of relying on oil prices. With nasties like Covid and Trump out there how can you plan the mega numbers looking ahead. For sure their investors will expect growth. FF’s FFS , not sure? Good weekend all , suspect the SP could be interesting 1st thing Monday.

Not sure I can answer your question Prof but there are some bright guys on here that will. My understanding is that we will do pretty well in filling the new factory capacity and in the long term, given the scale of opportunity , this will prove to be only Factory No.1 in our H2 empire. Let’s hope.
