Spot on ToneMan , especially the cash on the side tip. You never know when the opportunity will arise and it’s no use having everything tied up. Made a number of small packets recently on the likes of BOO , ASC and others when they’ve had a bad day or two. Now that does constitute a flexible approach to investing I feel?

No one here is trying to bully you off the board. People are simply fed up with your inconsistencies and your wish to be perceived as some kind of investing guru. Even my dog could stick her paw on a fistful of shares that will rise in the short/medium/long term , BT included. She would be able to look back at some point and bark I told you so..... Every sale is virtually all profit. I’d rather stay put than increase my CGT bill. Call it principle. My ISA element is long gone. There’s a lot of talk about this being over valued but some major arguments to suggest the polar opposite. Any decision re widespread introduction of green H2 to the grid in any kind of proportion and whoooof. ( that’s the SP , not a conflagration..... ).

Psmith64. Weirdly not meant as a criticism this time around. None of us know where this is heading on a daily basis. That said , your predictions do change like the wind , so I doubt many pay attention any more. Personally I am simply fed up with the constant self congratulatory rubbish you come up with , like you have any real predictive abilities? Then you have the nerve to bite back at the people who are equally fed up with the endless diatribes you put on here? Maybe we could compare contract notes. With ITM I currently hold a reduced 90K shares at a cost of minus £250K. You could explain where I’ve gone wrong.

The board is quieter thankfully. Just rebought 20K in two lumps under the 30 day rule. Hate paying any form of tax if I can avoid it. Still need to crystallise a few losses but have a long time to do it. Price is yoyoing a bit today. Don’t think we’ll be revisiting the highs without some contract news.

I couldn’t be more pro ITM but going on about the £50m order backlog is a little out of touch. ITM have gradually accrued this backlog over the last couple of years. Meanwhile it might be better to look at the value of goods leaving the old factory which has been minimal. I want to see orders and sales invoices not read ramps from super-investors.

Shiny factory? EU promises for tomorrow? Orders are the order of the day. When they start to roll in is when the SP jumps and stays there. Meanwhile I think we’ve done pretty well riding the sentiment wave. Pleased the volatility has dropped.
