Last one Smithy. Where do you get the idea that ITM investors are simply greedy? Why does anyone buy a share , certainly not to make a loss. You pays your money you takes your chance. In your case you take out your money you take your chance. You may be right but you are certainly in no position to preach. Bragging about money on the side and the opportunity to buy more at lower price sounds pretty damn greed motivated to me? Maybe answer that one first.

1. There really doesn’t have to be a balanced view , the investors on here (for the most part) are completely capable of weighing up the risks. You insult most of us.
2. I don’t believe this is high risk. It has been largely derisked as investors have come on board. The prospects have never been better. People can make their own minds up though.
3. No one pumps this share other than a few over excited individuals when the SP has jumped. People are positive , they share information about the industry and they are hopeful for ITM’s future. That’s about it.
4. If you really believe the average ITM investor is reliant on bailout money from the government then fine but that is one hell of a straw you are grasping at. Nonsense IMO.

Sharesport is spot on and my biggest fear is that your scaremongering might influence less experienced investors. Nothing any of us write will affect the SP that’s for sure. FK1 obviously hasn’t “trolled through” your diatribes otherwise he would agree with 1LEO. 1LEO is quite rightly bored silly.

Bilbs. Given your Rolls Royce in ITM shares I would imagine this IFA was not describing your investing performance this year? How will you manage to lose enough elsewhere to hit your annual 11% target? Weirdly It’s easy to forget during a dip that this share has performed magnificently over the last year and a bit. I think I will be taking up all my £2.35’s plus a few more hopefully.

Smithy. You got lucky. Well done. I’m glad your bank balance is healthy. You either paid a great deal in CGT or the amounts weren’t that high OR you had a lot of losses to offset elsewhere? Not that I want to but I would pay a fortune in CGT if I sold out. Please bear that in mind the next time you have a dig about how much someone’s shares must have dropped in value. Nothing wrong with attempting to time the market but not too clever to ram your thoughts down people’s throats , continuously. Annoying to say the least but also you run the risk of persuading the weaker minded to take your thoughts as gospel. Pure ego. Hopefully not Bilbs. If you can believe the split , buys have generally outweighed sells whilst the SP has been dropping. Heading down with the markets as a whole probably but I reckon people still want in. Tomorrow is another day....

Yep Sharpeye. One share for every 160 really isn’t worth the effort. Disappointing , it’s all about jam for the old boys. That said we do want the institutions to be in so not going to get too upset. Will apply for more if a I can , not sure if they can enlarge the offer like they did with the main fundraise?

Looking forward to next week and wondering where the SP will head after the latest news? This time last year it was a 40p buy in and Linde’s ( at the time ) considerable investment. From that point the SP marched onwards and upwards , partly de-risking maybe , partly market development , partly lots of things really. This time around another alliance and an even bigger fund raise. From what I can see this is about having the kind on money to move things forward in our key areas. Exciting times for sure , but where will it take us? My guess is onwards and upwards once again with the prospect of ongoing contract news pressing the accelerator periodically. Recent developments should have institutions chomping at the bit to buy in , the growth in green funds adding to the pressure. Given what’s going on in the world I’d be happy with a fraction of the growth achieved over the last 12 months or even to stand still. It does make you wonder what will happen if a vaccine is found? Wouldn’t want to be out that’s for sure. As always , just my thoughts and nothing else. Have a good one.
