Fairly certain I won’t be buying an EV. It doesn’t represent any kind of progress in my view , although I appreciate anything is better than FF’s ( on paper ). They will need to improve radically in terms of practicality for sure. My gut feel and hope is I will be able to buy and refuel an H2 car within the next 5 to 10 years.

With this share , in the range £3.50 to £9.50. Probably.

ITM and Biden? Struggling to see the connection. Now , ITM and Trump , the thicko sad excuse for a man climate change denier , that would be different.

Green will win out. It kind of has to. GC can’t win the battle on his own , it will be a gradual education and process. We’re up against some big boys with massive financial vested interests but even they will have to smoke their last fag at some point. ITM will get a slice of the pie. The pie will grow very quickly.

I do agree that the order monitor may not be that useful as we’re not selling tins of beans. If only it were that easy and simple. Wouldn’t mind an order RNS though.....

To be honest Bilbs I wanted to put vol au vents too but wasn’t sure on the spelling. I’m not suggesting they have made firm agreements but I would suggest chickens and eggs came up in conversations. We’ll have to wait...... hence the patience remark. That said no one really has to wait. Holders can sell out at any time , especially if you’re in with a healthy profit as we are.

Patience please. Does anyone really imagine that all these guys have done is cut a ribbon and share a few prawn sarnies? No chance. The gigafactory commitment and talks of a second larger factory cannot possibly just be founded on BS. Also , let’s not lose sight of the scale of opportunity here. Of course China will jump in and be successful , so will others. That doesn’t mean ITM’s share of the pie will be insignificant. Indeed we are looking at several mahoosive pies here.

A little surprised at the lack of positive SP movement on this announcement. Guess it was priced in and assumed. Unusual to see comments from a company CEO within a fairly significant government strategy document. Also guess we need actions not plans and orders not promises. Suspect the SP with push North gradually over the next weeks and months. All good here.

Completely with you Toneman. On a progress scale of 1 to 10 I see EV’s at about 5. As you say , fine for doing the shopping ..... hang on..... I hate shopping , ..... make it a 4! I don’t follow the argument that H2 for cars is a difficult option , logistically it has to be easier than charging points in many ways. Compared to FF’s it’s an absolute doddle plus it can sit within the existing forecourt set ups. If it’s an option for HGV’s and the like it will become an option for cars. Certain of it. Whether it’s where ITM should be focussing all their efforts currently perhaps not but then hence the recent company split as per Bilb’s note. Hope this H2 strategy comes up with something , massive moment I feel.

Sorry but have to agree with PBW here. Ideally placed , need some patience. Many of us have been invested for a great length of time and personally I am happy with an SP which has moved from pence to £’s. None of US have done a bean to contribute to that performance other than buy a few shares. Credit where credit is due , they’ve done a good job. Rome wasn’t built in a day and all that but if you really don’t think GC et al can carry ITM in to the next phase successfully then I guess it would be best to sell up.

Completely agree with Trader87. I don’t need a sexy CEO. Motivated troops and energised (intelligent) sales and marketeers. The latter not always a combination you come across.....
