£5m in cash, around a million in oil, plus whatever was left from the £2m they had at end June, we have probably covered about £7m of the Mcap in cash. Leaving about £15m for the value of all the assets.

Do you not think that schlumberger would have said "and how do you plan to fund the development plans on the acreage we are giving you, in exchange for shares?" before signing it over. This says to me, that Schlum knew that this raise was coming, long before the market did.

so... the document is dated 17/9/2020

and this line states...According to the screening, construction and installation works are underway In the following sequence:

note the use of the words "works are underway".... that is the present tense, so even if they started the day before the report date, that would make mid december as the completion point. I think PH is being honest with timelines of expected gas sales.

so, we have gone from not really having anything to form an opinion on, apart from PH saying gas sales will start end of year...now we have a report that says works are underway, timeline 3 months, report dated mid september ... this adds substance to PH claim of gas sales soon and should ensure that taking positions in the stock now, after recent pull backs, has a greater chance of trading success, based on this analysis.

eg - in that report it says the bago pipeline construction timeline is 3 months - that speaks volumes about revenue for block.

now, have they dug ground yet, if not then we won't be seeing a penny in revenue until March 2021 at the earliest. That will ensure the share price drifts lower into xmas/jan/feb and as we get closer to March, we will see it rise in anticipation of the news of pipeline completion.
