i generally do not take too much notice of warrant exercises.

Sometimes the holders do it for a cashless exercise and pocket the difference. They are likely to forward sell them, for a discount to the market price, with the buyer, taking the risk until the stock is issued and then they sell as well.

Even flipping these at 4.5p gives a £4.5k profit - not massive, but definitely funding someones xmas, if they do flip em.

I took a look at the site which shows last updated 10th December.

There is an entry for 900,500 warrants at 4p expiring on the 11th December 2019.

Whats the betting that the reason for the 900k warrant exercise was that it was about to expire and the holder doesn't want to miss out on the cheaper stock.

It took them six weeks to reach the point of raising the drilling mast at c37 after they had got everything, except the top drive on site.

They announced that civil works had been completed at C30 in the rns of the 12th December. Lets assume that they hadn't put one bit of the sub structure in place on the pad at C30 by the 12th December and that it will take them, the same six weeks to rig up again.

If this is the case and it can be well believed with Zen's pace of progress, then we will be looking at the end of January for the drill bit to turn.

From the rig move starting at the end of march, it took zenith four months to begin operations and three days after beginning operations, they received all the permits.

They had to wait for approval on C37, they just didn't bother mentioning it until after the fact.

As at 30 june 2018 - nearly 18 months ago, there were just over 8.6m warrants that could be exercised at 4p

since then about 7.6m have been exercised - there is still about 1m at 4p to go.

all other warrants are out of the money if i recall, without checking.

i presume that is the amount that you declared to her and not what you really made!!

Haven't taken much, just suspect it will rise on any RNS saying oil - regardless of the implications of the actual flow rate! Not a fan of the geology there as wells tend to suffer from rapid decline rates after 12-18 months, plus water ingress. Purely a trade on news
