late trade report of 1m shares at 3.4p - looks like a buy, as sells were going through at 3.32p earlier.

goldplat - 18th Highest riser of the day - shows its defensive qualities in this carnage - ended the day blue.

in light of the carnage going on and expectations, there is every chance that AC will look to renegotiate the deals down, to reflect the future, as it stands.

So, the deals may be restructured in zens favour, as existing holders of the assets will likely want rid sooner rather than later.

what is AC doing with ALTASOL that he bought and apparently paid off the debt - what is AC doing with that other, never, ever mentioned subsidiary which does a bit of business with zenith and has some interesting shareholders to say the least.

Mr Tondelli appears to have been arrested in a scam involving companies purchased, fake business, employees etc along with some others - perhaps this is why the subsidiary of zenith doesn't show up now and AC doesn't mention it.

assuming of course it is the same Tondelli

I think, if ac can pull that off, that it will work out well for the company.

In my view...

they are buying something formerly operated by a major.

The very same major probably still owns it, just not working it.

They will "give it" to zenith, then zenith bring it into production. All oil produced will be accepted by the major in an offtake agreement - zenith will most likely get lifting costs, plus a percentage of the profit oil, with the rest being kept by the major to pay for the purchase price of the asset that is agreed.

abandonment costs are something to be watched for. - who keeps these?

back on a 5 handle again and two times it slipped back - buy side pressure is relentless -should have popped higher.

the buying is relentless here today and when who ever has been selling finishes this will snap back above 6p easily.

gold at 1680 - goldplat back up a tick - looks good for upward move on all goldies

DRD gold which processes tailings piles all day long has a cash cost of R97/t to process. Goldplat has a 1.1m tonne resource.

That is £4 a tonne and if applied to goldplat would equate to £4.4m to process the TSF. excluding set up costs.

DRD has a cash operating cost of around £643 per oz gold sold - gold is currently about £1200 an oz.

So, we could get around £500 an oz profit from the TSF and assuming they recover just half the gold contained, that is
£20,000,000 profit over the life of the asset and doesn't include uplift in recovery rates, or the uranium and silver.

way, way, way undervalued on the TSF alone.

This is just a peer comparison and nothing more, it could be that goldplat has a higher cost per tonne as the material contained is different - we won't know until they start communicating more details about it.

1.6m of buys and only 63k of sells and the price doesn't budge and is just about blue.

on 4th march there was a trade of 1m which was a sell, followed by two 500k trades a short while later, that were buys - possibly someone is pushing trades through the market, with the buyer known beforehand and they agreed this price with each other - the stock could simply have moved down to match, as setsqx is order and quote driven and we are still at this level until these players have completed at these prices.

may not be, but just another theory.

dunno - but there has been 10 x 100k share buys today at 4.66p or thereabouts - someone want it at this level?
