A loan agreement for arrangement of the underground gas storage on Samgori South Dome field has been signed between JSC "Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation" and the Reconstruction Credit Institute of Germany (KfW). The loan agreement envisages allocation of funds for construction of the underground gas storage in the amount of EUR 150 million.

SC "Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation" will start the gas storage construction works in 2019. Commissioning of the project is planned in 2022.

Public Hearing of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Report of Samgori South Dome Underground Gas Storage Project will be held on December 24, 2019 in Gardabani Municipality.

According to the rules established by the legislation of Georgia, the ESIA Report is available for any public representative - the electronic version of the document is placed on the Facebook page of “State Agency of Oil and Gas”. Also, in case of request, printed copies of ESIA report are available at the "The State Agency of Oil and Gas" (Tbilisi, Sanapiro street ?2) and at Gardabani Municipality City Hall (D. Agmashenebeli street N127). Society has the right to submit comments and remarks to the Agency within 40 working days after placing the EIA Report (in writing manner; during public hearing; by electronic means if it enables credible identification of the author and sender).

The public hearing is open and any representative of the society has the right to take part in it.

when goldcrest took over the taoudeni resources, the shareholders were granted shares in goldcrest and some were deferred to a later date. Plutus strategies, which Nial and PH have an interest were part of the concert party that owned taoudeni resources and were granted shares in goldcrest.

The later date for the issue of the deferred shares in goldcrest, now renamed block energy has taken place to those involved with plutus.

all this money printing will add to inflation further along the road - this will most likely be supportive of gold and whilst input costs will rise, goldplat should benefit from it.

whilst he may not have paid wages, this does appear to relate to the contract rehab area and would explain why the last shown tweet of BD260 being dismantled and moved was november last year.

If they have not been paid for 3 months, then it is likely that the team moving the rig were told to stop - could the workers on the fields actually be preventing access to the rig and holding it as collateral in their demands for wages.

AC has said he has handed back those areas, so is in no mind to pay anyone, as it is of no concern to him now.

not much likelyhood of any share price stabilisation in a coronavirus fuelled noisy slump.

In light of the virus sweeping the world and its impact, governments do not want high oil prices in consumer states, as populations are struggling with increasing negative cashflow at the corporate and personal level.

You can be fairly sure that this ultra low oil price will be around for a short while, as storage will also fill up in a couple of months, at most.

Once there are signs of the virus having run its course around the consumer nations and demand picks up, then a sudden agreement between producer states and a snap back in the oil price is likely.

I am not expecting much movement from the lows any time soon.
