Total nonsense how exactly is a deal priced in? You've had it explained to you how that the markets are not so inefficient that they ignore cash. So any deal made will leap to whatever upfront payment they receive on such a deal at least in terms of mcap. So how the market can know what a deal value is when nobody knows how the hell can it be priced in? So by your logic a deal is only worth £60M is that what you are saying? Remember you post here all day every day, and have done for the last 2 weeks so people can easily track back and see how much unsubstantiated drivel you've posted along this journey. Remember at around 6p you said you couldn't see 10p even with a £150M deal. While in reality the share peaked at over 19p without one. Also the main reason is if person A. Post's what they say is the order book (but it's not) and person B. Buys on the back of that information because they don't have access to L2. Most investors have been in the game long enough but with high interest spikes like right here and now someone green could read an L2 post and buy or sell off the back of it. It's manipulation 101.

Lords it's not pubically available information though. The data feeds are compiled across multiple sources at cost to the data providers. Don't confuse information that comes at a cost as public information. A paywall exists for covering the cost of producing a live data feed and you as the trader signing T&C's that you will not share the book with the rest of the market. L2 or L3 it doesn't matter, the rules are the rules don't post the order book.
