it's total ****** that's what it is, simplify the structure by forcing all warrant holders to exercise their options only for another 100 million warrants to be created (recent announcement of equity raise and trading update).

there are several options here. they are planning a share consolidation, taking the company private or are expecting a takeover bid (probably a low one). knowing ph it's probably option 1 or 2. his middle name is dilution and he will do well in any takeover because most of his options are free ones he gets awarded for constant failure.

There's no logical reason for the move to the UAE other than to protect himself from any future investigation. The companies markets are Europe and North America, the UAE as a petro-state has no need for waste to gas technology.

Some keep posting that there's a turnaround on the cards. There just isn't. No new deals in 2024 and none signed in 2025 and at current mcap there will be none signed. Nobody is going to partner with a company that can only keep the lights on by printing shares. There's no interest either other than the vultures eyeing up a cheap capture of the technology... Which for the record doesn't work as proven by Italy. All this is about the current board extracting as much money as possible before administration. In 2 years what has DP done other than dilute you to oblivion? He's a thief and a liar and nobody should trust him in any aspect. I sold up last year and glad I did. This company needs to die it's just not a business, it's just a financial drain incapable of ever making money.

It's a shame the authorities only ever act after the fact but when this does go only then will he be investigated. Those going concern sign offs are first to be challenged.

the market isn't some ****geneous all knowing entity and with small caps even more so due to volume. the volatility is huge and is always in oversold or overbought territory. fundamentals mean clearly this is overvalued but on intangibles undervalued. it's why the push pull dynamic of any hint of good news will result in large percentage jumps, slow declines over quiet periods and large drops on bad news. if anything this share is just showing perfectly the psychology currently in charge across the market. it will remain in a slow decline until there is a trigger. if it jumps it will go big and equally it could fall big. it just depends whether you believe tim can secure a good deal or not... if he does then you are going to struggle to get in at 9p, he doesn't then this will drop significantly in the new year. place your bets.

What shareholders need to be wary of is PH's consistent approach to issuing warrants. This is a major red flag for any potential investor. The loan and subsequent extension had unnecessary warrants attached and equally a raise with again unnecessary warrants attached at a pitiful exercise price. Now PH is not answerable to shareholders but the board as a whole and chairman are. Are the non-executives challenging this? The CEO is not supposed to be granting himself options it should be down to the remuneration committee based on performance set out by the committee in advance. This is why people quite rightly reel out the pig in the trough comments. Yes in a limited company you can lay out the share capital how you like with the other holders but a pubically listed company you cannot just award yourself free shares and let's be honest if PH has participated in the fund raise that's exactly what he has done (subject to a vote). If shareholders don't en masse vote it down then your apathy basically is costing you a guaranteed reduction in share price because your shares will be worth less.

Have to agree. I exited some time ago at a significant loss and have been keeping an eye just in case there's an opportunity to jump back in. I do feel for investors though as PH was talking about a quantum leap, well now it's plumbing all time lows with options being handed out for what reason exactly? This isn't an investment until either one of the big projects lands or PH is replaced. No guarantees on success on P3 or CCS so with a loan to pay in February and a falling cash position and clearly no good news on the horizon they have bitten the bullet now. What shareholders should remember is that PH claims to be aligned with equity, but he's been making 16% interest on the loan he chipped in for and is guaranteeing he gets paid back at the expense of equity. He also has millions of zero cost options. Goes to show voting at AGM's is more important than you think, would people have voted for his reappointment if they knew he was going to add an extra 321 million shares?

I'm not even invested and I can see that's outrageous. Massive dilution. Shareholders get to vote on the warrants though. Some interesting new information on the other projects but basically this is the price of not drilling with falling oil price. Paul Heywood trust him at your peril.

Reality any sniff of MAR and they are required to investigate. Today, because P140 has a new name that it makes it less of IP value... Reality Seb was drawn out in those same interviews and far from a salesman highlighted his insights backed by reputable laboratory testing. I could go on, but good old altruistic Rog is doing us all a favor by balancing out the BB (apparently).

Reality, opinions only counter equally polar opinions, balance is taking evidence based information to form a balanced position that changes when the facts change. Rog's opinions changed not with facts but purely on his desire to influence a particular direction of travel. There are plenty of posters who post negatively on shares they hold for a multitude of reasons, usually being disgruntled. You can tell who they are because they are consistent, but still hoping for a change of direction. Rog is 100% not one of them, so treat his comments with caution and DYOR.

I put no weight on Lanstead selling today or any other day. I don't like the grubby deals Tim signed with them, but they have always sold shares. They have never held their full holding for any length of time, so why all of a sudden does it mean a deal is more or less likely... Answer, it doesn't. I've laid out why it's the most logical move for Lanstead, but if you want to put a narrative that Lanstead don't believe or they know more than anyone else, by all means. It makes perfect sense to me why they continue to sell, but I don't need to add the no deal narrative to reach a conclusion. Anyways what does it matter whether Lanstead believe a deal is going to happen or not, by your own admission they are just gambling....right?

Again you are treating Lanstead as an individual, yes they will have taken a gamble of sorts but they have the benefit of negotiating their entry price which has always been significantly lower than the market price at the time. Like I said they are currently de-risking at current SP and from a purely protecting profits point of view the best strategy is to sell down there holding to zero. They are not duty bound to exercise those warrants and where the SP ultimately moves to, up or down will dictate that. I mean you can't understand why they would top-slice even when you yourself have done so. If there is a deal they will be in the money with 70 million warrants to exercise. I don't see how you are not getting it. If there's a lotto win here they decide if they claim it or not. Shares are not the same because they still are subject to a SP collapse. If I was in Lansteads position I'd do the exact same thing, I'm making money and I have got 70 million options to exercise. It's a no lose situation for them they will not care about the difference between 70M and 86M shares. Not to mention they will likely have capital requirements that mean they are capped at holding a percentage of IMM, as too higher a percentage is a risk in itself. 70M fully diluted would be approximately 13% of the equity.

In fact the perfect de-risked strategy for Lanstead is to sell it's entire holding and then just wait, they never have to exercise those warrants.

Lords Lanstead are in a win win situation. They are making money (a lot) at this level. You yourself admitted that you top-sliced to protect some profit. How is Lanstead doing anything different? Other than on a larger scale. You are treating Lanstead as an individual when it's a business. They will have risk controls unlike most if not all PI's. It doesn't make sense for them to hold because they have no idea where the SP is heading. They can't lose right now. Even if the SP collapses they've made a tidy profit out of IMM.

Lords I don't think Lanstead know more than anyone else. They were selling right before the patent announcement, during and immediately after as well. So to suggest they are some canary down the mine shaft on knowing where this is heading is misleading. Their entire MO for years has been to offload as much as they can, when they can irrespective of share price.

Flip-floppers and doom sayers are out on force. Lanstead are selling all the time. Have been for years. Reporting threshold crossed. I for one as an LTH will be celebrating the day they exit entirely. Only approx. 85 million shares to go.

Had a thought though, if and I mean if, they secure a large up front payment. A few hundred million in the bank for instance would more than cover operating and R&D costs in interest alone so what would they do with it all. Surely some could be used for a special dividend or share buybacks. Think of that even a couple of pence per share dividend would be lovely stuff.

OTM you post your incites on L2 far too frequently. This is a small cap so where it moves minute by minute hour by hour is irrelevant as all it takes is one relatively largeish buy and those hours you've spent "updating" us, goes to waste. In fact you've wasted probably hours of your own life tracking this and posting your own take (which you know you are not allowed to do but hey I'm not the police here) and the SP is pretty much is at the same level as it has been for weeks. My advice not stock related is get a life.

If you read the agreement it has multiple termination clauses, the fact no P3 in over 2 years post announcement is a solid reason in itself. The agreement no longer serves shareholders as it's all small milestone payments. So logically it will be mutually terminated if a better deal is secured. I can't see Avion complaining too much if say IMM meets a £1B valuation that nets them around £14M - £16M profit (post all warrants exercised) from a relatively small investment. Avion and the wider Alora are simply not big enough to meet the new profile of P140 if it is indeed a $100B market.

If Tim is right and we are talking big then Avion will step aside but they will make a few bob on shares they already hold and warrants. Even on a deal at the lower end they will make a few million.

Don't really understand the comparison, it's a bit apples and pears really. TLW has $1.3B to pay back on maturity of the 2026 notes. So until refinanced, restructured or covering the possibility they fail to do either it doesn't really matter what they do now. Their own forecast said they weren't cash flow positive at $65 oil (only in profit because of asset disposal). So really they are at the mercy of the lending markets. No assets left to sell really and production is poor. The repeated credit downgrades reflect the likelihood of default.

Onetoomany the biggest clown shoe on LSE. A deal is priced in, of course it is... Forget that the market has no idea what a deal is worth, so logically in his mind it's a certainty that it's priced in. Also the same guy thinks if they had £150M upfront in cash and £1.5M in debt then the company is worth £50M. Even when pointed out to him that £1 equals £1 he still hasn't backed down. There's no way on earth this guy has money to invest, I wouldn't let him own scissors and yet still churns out these baseless statements of OTM facts. He has to keep being called out as he saturates the board with nonsense. However unlikely but somebody could take his cobblers in as grounded factual information. As opposed to it being that of front line news straight from bizarro world.

Ah OTM the 1.4 million share holder that when the shareprice was 6p who said that even with a £150M deal couldn't see 10p. The SP rose to 19p without a deal, a few trading days afterwards. Now I'm not saying believe the rampers but certainly do not take on board what this one says, his full username is onetoomanylies.
