You do know drugs and therapies, the vast majority fail for all there successes in the laboratory because they are not safe enough to have in a human patient. The safety profile here is without question. So it's a bit of a Trump like comment that complicated compounds can just be replicated or invented. But around Covid, easy to kill with bleach or sunlight but impractical to put those 2 things into a human body without killing the patient.

I already explained this, I really don't care where the SP goes as I will never make my money back. But I still vote at AGM's, EGM's and voice my opinion every now and again. You can take heed or not but the declining SP value over the last 19 years backs up my view and pretty much everyone who has ever stumped up here.

You buy today you're already 20% down with the spread and billions more shares to come. Even if I believed this could recover (which I don't) then buying now is premature at best but most likely Ill judged. The chances of this being delisted or going into administration is higher than them making a success of these new assets, assets which are capital thirsty when this company has no cash and already burning €3M - €4M per annum currently.

Nobody likes this share, I hold shares that are effectively worthless falling 98%. I will get rid of them when I require the loss to reduce CG. You know nothing about this company, I've held these worthless shares for 5 years so have every right to comment and warn others of the dangers of investing with this board of directors.

You bang on about Paul Heywood on the BLOE board but I suggest you haven't done your research on David Palumbos track record, what the board has done to shareholders here is criminal and like I say any delays and it's curtains. It's not going to 100 bag. Any modicum level of research shows this has been diluted to oblivion, and shares consolidated. Now a lot of you bottom feeders have jumped on board due to a pivot to a gold asset, but the reality is this business is gasification technology and this isn't diversification it's abandoning it's current business, as has been known since the failure in Italy that this is not a viable business.

This is like Kellogg's deciding to make rocket ships, management have no experience whatsoever in the mining sector, investors did not invest in a gold mining company, the asset is miniscule compared to the previously outlined billions (Palumbos words not mine) in potential sales in it's actual market.

So some gold bro's could likely make some money due to the SP being such a low base, but any delays to first gold is a few extra nails in this cashless coffin.

I'm no fan of PH mainly him being economical with the truth, however dissolved companies is not the silver bullet you think it is SM. Most company officers on Companies House will have been involved in a name change or dissolution at one time or another. I've been attached to several myself, all wound up and creditors paid in full. Businesses end, businesses fail I don't see anything untoward on that front and neither would anyone doing due diligence on PH, what's relevant is his record here over the years. It's not being surpressed though it's reacting to the massive dilution that's happening. What also doesn't help is yes positive news has been released but phase 2 of CCS constitutes what exactly? The current board knowingly are not telling you guys what things mean, the CCS should have a full roadmap to commercialisation but everyone has to guess what comes next. In the same fashion farm ins announced and no details released about the actual substance of the deal, or even who it is. The market will react properly when the information is clear, that's all. So instead of blaming posters here blame the leadership for keeping you in the dark. Yes a rerate is on the cards but only when this shroud of mystery is lifted. The funny thing is you've had positive progress recently but you can still buy much lower than when PH announced a quantum leap and that's all because of zero comms unless necessary, mediocre operational performance with limited energy expelled to address the big drop in energy prices and the biggest elephant in the room dilution (don't forget PH awarded himself shares he didn't earn, a red flag for serious investors).

it's effectively over here. they will need to raise again, which all signs point towards it being a foregone conclusion. they are burning through cash but you cannot raise more than your mcap no matter how many shares you print. they only got through an end of year audit because of the settlement and raise last time round. no auditor in their right mind is going to sign off that this company can carry on for another 12 months. this is a textbook example of diluted to oblivion and when it goes there will need to be a serious investigation of the conduct of those that brought it here. the amount of money raised by this company and effectively ****ed away is not far off a €100m. criminal really, yet shares continue to trade hands.

It is good news... though scant on details. Short term not much to dance about for a few reasons. It's nonbinding at the minute, a free carry and no mention of any upfront amount, no mention of the percentage given up to the unnamed JV partner and finally 300 million additional shares to be voted on shortly.

So while this is indeed great long term news that they have potentially secured a $30M investment from an unknown party. This is way off delivering any day to day cash, hence the need to I imagine create more shares to keep the lights on. But before anyone decides to go on the attack this is just a balanced opinion based on the current state of things, the news needs to create FOMO and currently there are too many unknowns floating around. What I do notice across all shares is there a certain type of person who will back a decision to invest in something regardless of what's happening around them. It's been done to death so I won't repeat, the goalposts have changed, so only time will tell but to many a deal is less likely than a week ago or further off than most care to anticipate. The RNS says they have interest, not any offers on the table, and for anyone who has sold a valuable asset before knows or at least has some of experience of a long winded process that can fall apart for many reasons. I mean if you look at it from a logical point of view even if you are planning on investing, what's the rush right now? I'm still hopeful of a deal but if I wanted in I'd be confident to hold off into Q2 2026.
