What does it matter if someone sold or not? I haven't for the record. Because I'm unhappy with the lack of any progress at all in the last 12 months that somehow makes my opinion any less valid. Tim promised better comms and yet this is probably the worst year in the many years I've held shares for anything meaningful being released. We know nothing about the P3, the company could be reporting progress or timelines it's a project afterall and they will have milestones. Or do you think they just pass it to Simbec-Orion and say tell us when you've started. They are consciously choosing not to engage with shareholders hence the half year report contained three pathetic bullet points that were known 6 months prior to that release.

The collapse in share price is rightly happening, and

probably will fall further because the Incanthera options were a safety net that could've been used for capital if required. So as they are worthless to IMM at the current SP when Tim needs to raise it's going to have to be on IMM's falling SP and there is still no news and it's December next week ( a year after Simbec-Orion were appointed as CRO).

They are not saying anything simply because they have nothing to say. Listing rules are pretty clear about when companies are obliged to release information. It could very well be that some interested party is undertaking some due diligence but that would fall under non-disclosure. For the balance of probabilities there could be ongoing negotiations, but also no seriously interested parties. This is not like selling your TV on eBay it always takes years to get these licences contracted off because they require so much legal work, capital and the major barrier for most getting a green light from a National Government.

How is it a ridiculous mcap? The dividend yield, FCF and total asset value now put the company's book value significantly north of here. So recent analyst notes re-rate it at £1.75 and itsaponzi values it at 50p. What peers are you comparing against exactly? Harbour Energy for example has a market cap greater than 3 times and yet the production difference will be just 50 kboepd and that gap will shrink in the next 5 years.

The results are an improvement on 2023 but everyone needs to be mindful that 2023 was a total car crash. It's clear as day that DP will need to raise again.

Revenues (if indeed they are able to maintain a 50% margin) do need to be well north of where they currently are and if it wasn't for the logik settlement, issuing of equity and refinancing they would be calling in the insolvency practitioners. Progress is progress but you can only make these kind of losses and rely on equity with a much higher market cap. This is still a complete gamble and revenues are nowhere near where they need to be.

Surely Simbec Orion since appointment have a timeline or implementation plan and Immupharma would have to know what this is and approve it. IMM are not alone on this it's a disease afflicting vast swathes of the junior markets where "progress" is used excessively on releases. Tim doesn't read these boards but I bet the Nomad will do. There is no progress until you spell out what that progress is and how that is a development from what was the position before. Simple wordplay but now were "progress" is mentioned in the markets, its now a default pejorative term because it actually means insignificant or no actual progress. The incanthera warrants and the cash position are the only substantial bit of info to surface from those releases the rest is just guff. How many times have I seen partnerships mooted, there has been interest for years apparently but Avion so far have been the only ones prepared to throw their hats in, but they've gone quiet as well.

The Half year report is what it is, not inspiring if you think a share will rocket just based on we have enough cash for the short term... It won't. The market wants solid concrete reportable progress on the studies and trials, the update offers nothing that can really pin any progress. Trial dates or news please Tim before 2025 please.

How is it negligent to Incanthera shareholders exactly?They've had the benefit of IMM's cash injection and will get paid again if the warrants are exercised. Is was a quid pro quo agreement initially and no Incanthera shareholder is going to complain if they are extended considering a lot of them are invested in both including the BOD. Moneymule888 Tim M is chairman of INC, if and I mean if he lets the warrants expire he would be negligent to IMM not to mention opens himself up for criticism. They have extended the warrants before they will do so again. If he doesn't he will have a lot of explaining to do to the market. IMM invested in Incanthera to give it the capital required to get it this far, and considering the bastardization of both companies it seems far fetched that they would shaft Immupharma.

It's hard to laugh but you get what you vote for. Who the hell actually voted to reappoint DC. No contract wins 2024 and they are raising again, anybody buying these shares needs their heads examined. This company just needs to go bankrupt it's not even disguised anymore it's not viable it's just a payday for the criminals in control.

They can use the incanthera options before a raise. Why would there be a raise when they have cash and are still getting paid monthly by Lanstead? If there is a raise at this level it's pure madness if they haven't got any positive news to release. Nothing since April.

Pokerchips what a pathetic response, the suggestion that Tim had no options is just incorrect as retail and institutional placings are common across AIM. Primarybid as an example was excellent for a number of years as a solid platform for smallcaps getting finance through issuing new equity.

Lanstead are always selling can't remember when they weren't. Said it before if Tim had done proper raises instead of relying on finance that only really benefits Lanstead then the SP would be a lot higher and stable.

Also my £6K investment is now worth £51, nobody who is not gambling is going to invest here. They will create more shares I have no doubt, just a case of when, they have no other means to generate finance to move forward.

Simms there's no way on this plain of existence that this will see 10p again under the current leadership, DP needs the option of massive dilution on the table as they are not cash flow positive.

They've announced zero that's right zero new deals in 2024. The strategy requires fairly regular project wins, they are not generating enough revenue we have already established this. They could get €2 billion off logik in settlement but if operational costs exceed that figure if anything the market cap is overly generous.

The company could be slightly profitable if it wasn't paying above market extortionate salaries at executive level but it's not. I'm paid via a limited company and my remuneration sits comfortably underneath what the entity makes in profit. But this is AIM and there are countless charlatans being paid beyond the means of the companies they lead, if you're a sole director and shareholder you wouldn't do it generally because you are killing your company. Chief Executives are given additional access as a publicly listed entity to capital markets and debt but the mindset of some people is to take advantage of that even though anyone with eyes just sees failure and greed. DP can't turn this around he's lost all credibility and you need credibility if you are relying on raising capital via investors and debt.

What else can he do? Pull the other one that's the same old defence line. They are below the gearing required for push back from bondholders. They could have invested elsewhere in the portfolio look at how Venus next door is turning out, bought mature fields for half of the $400M pumped into Jubilee recently, the payback isn't there hence the new seismics, remember we sold Uganda for $600M.
