Anton you defend the indefensible, what could he have done differently? It's not just one well that's below expectations that's your narrative not reality, one well does not equate to 11K. There are a catalogue of errors, like giving up licences with huge discoveries next door, failing to secure a merger, Ten, water injection, a gas offtake agreement that's commercial (eni get 3 times as much), Kenya, production, securing any partnerships. I could go on.
The problem is that all the companies capital goes into Ghana and they are a basket case. RD has backed himself into a corner because of his failures we are literally reliant on Ghana which is dragging us through the courts and not paying us now. The money invested in Jubilee is effectively drills that are going to see production go backwards in 2025. Harvesting and we will be producing less cash when they weren't harvesting... Laughable.
With oil forecasted to drop next year they need a producing asset acquisition fast or RD is toast. He has been in post too long and someone with a different strategy needs bringing in because RD's strategy has failed. The SP is testament to that.
