still if you're an equity holder you have the right to vote for or against tim's reappointment. i think a lot of long term holders have long since had enough of his bs, if the sp is still here or lower in 12 months he's toast. 16 months with no update on your current only route to revenue (p3) is beyond taking the **** out of your equity holders... to point out considering you generate zero revenues and rely on fund raising to survive. lanstead are complicit in this as they are bailing tim out of his responsibility to shareholders who are not lanstead.

Under the circumstances this is a good deal in my opinion. Hopefully the royalty element isn't as bad in low oil environments as the Uganda arrangement but I read this as if it ever gets approved and producing the FDP is for 100K - 120K (30K - 36K) back in option. Not sure what this means for the operating losses incurred to date though, likely wholly transferred.

Hmmm looks like people do quickly forget that the company survived worse times than this and with $1.4B more debt. RM needs to refinance, while cutting costs and increasing production. Oil price is what it is but these lulls always eventually lead to a kick higher because every man and his dog is now focusing on capital discipline, the US shale patch is always a benchmark for this. Rig count and production falling as on average they are not profitable under $65 (WTI currently $59). Interest rates to fall soon. Will they refinance, who knows but they have managed it under equally if not worse circumstances previously. So currently this is a linear bet, yes they can or no they can't.

Peterpharma irritating as ever, however has a point. In the sense that IMM as in anyone who owns shares and the company balance sheet, has lost out more times than has gained from the agreements with Lanstead. They would be more than happy to keep entering these agreements with IMM as have been profitable for them. A solid leg up will remove the need to go back to Lanstead ever that unfortunately is down to Tim to release meaningful news on progress.

However the big if, is how are they going to replace this missing production if the idea is to pump the money back into Ghana then I would be less than pleased. The negativity is a result of the void of information. They could roll out Michael Jordan to endorse the "progress" but it wouldn't make a difference. Again you are ill informed on this very point, Kenya can't engineer TLW out, it could try but it would likely be an inevitable loss in a court for Kenya. You are merging approval of FDP with FID, otherwise only a major or super major would ever be able to get an FDP approval. Again you make your opinion equal to any facts, the Kenyan government are on the hook for $2B if they do not approve the FDP, they may be stalling for any manner of reasons but you don't know why that is so your opinion is just that. Standard Tim M, the fact this deal has been done tells everyone there is nothing imminent. So the big deal was more shares for Lanstead. 2 runs of thought here TM has played the market to get an extended runway but then without news this is a bad deal just like the previous ones, or at least a deal is secured later in the year in which case it's prudent as will allow a pass at audit for the accounts to be published. Time will tell but I do hope that TM actually sticks to one of his promises, just once.

Jim fairplay for calling out Simms the guy is a broken record trying to hook in mug punters. There is no evidence for anything he posits. The market knows the cash isn't there that's why the shareprice is constantly challenging new depths the company failed to get any new deals in the entirety of 2024 and the backlog is pretty much crap projects. His irritating talk of a successful company bears no resemblance to the current state of play and once again the company is going to have to go through an audit with nothing substantial to get a going concern sign off. The question is will anyone be interested if they do another raise? I can't see it they need more than the market cap just to keep going. The company has been diluted to near nothing with ever observable abject failure on part of the entire BOD. It's just a matter of time before it's taken by the debt holders or they call in the adminstrators. An AGM and vote in secret is shameful the non-executive have failed in their primary purpose of challenging behavior misaligned with the equity holders.

Though I did want to post to say that a lack of any RNS' related to Landstead selling are notably missing. They don't miss an opportunity to sell so they are clearly holding for a reason. Will they have spoken to TM most likely. Something is happening but we can only speculate, let's hope the next release blows everyone's socks off but knowing Tim it could easily be a wet fart.

Masterblast that's such a day trader mentality. Some of us have been here for years and holding here for the rest of the year is hardly a masterstroke. Tim will either release something substantial this year as he said or he won't. Nobody has a crystal ball and those holding will either benefit or see it drop down again.

The hype has fizzled out now so it's down to TM to deliver something. Let those chasing there little 10% spikes wherever they may be do such that. The company believes it has something groundbreaking to unveil at some point we will see but in terms of value nobody here has any idea if it is or isn't. Patience may pay off or it may not, either way no point worrying day to day. I suspect something more substantial may surface at publishing of YE's.

Could you imagine RD dragging himself out at another investors call saying jam tomorrow again. He was toast the date they drilled that last well and he knew it. What will he be remembered for? Paying down debt and wasting millions in Jubilee and Ten and letting Guyana, Suriname and EG go. The amount of money spent in Ghana to go so far backwards in production is absolutely unforgivable, I believe the seismics they used were over a decade old, Paul McDade was hounded out for less (at least he paid a dividend). His share options should be forfeit as he has brought no shareholder value whatsoever look at the share price when he was appointed and look at it now.

The good news is the debt is really not as big a problem but the problem that the production required to pay it down is crap. Really basic stuff. Good riddance. They need a producing acquisition imagine what they could of secured for just half of the spend ($900M total) they've spent in Ghana, for context he sold Gabon and Equatorial Guinea production for $100M.

why would there be a placing? at current sp they get significant payments from landstead this has been explained before and are due funding from avion. this is why day traders infuriate people the information is there you just need to read back through the releases. if they were on the bones of their **** why did they pay £75k to incanthera to extend the options, that was literally only recently, what kind of bonehead ceo would spend all cash leftover on warrant's that are not excersiseable in the short term... answer none.

JMAX what are you on about they have to measure as equivalent because gas is in the mix. It's not quite how you make it out either as gas extraction is cheaper than oil extraction and the headline barrel offtake price fluctuates and the gas does not. The gas is also not hedged. We all know there is less oil being produced we are not all as thick as your mate Anton, who actually argued several months ago this was not the case because we hadn't seen the numbers yet.

You signed up on Sunday after supposedly buying on Thursday and now you are reporting the end of days on Monday. Who are you warning and why? It's not altruism. You want people to sell, again why would you if you've already sold yourself. Also cash burn is not that high if you read releases and what Tim has said in interviews cash burn is a fraction of that. You are aware of the warrants of course you are and you know exactly when they will be exercised and sold even though there are limitations put on both Avion and Lanstead, there's also Incanthera to consider when they sort their patent dispute out.

it's hilarious reading these woodworm comments of people who bought in yesterday and think they know what's going on or about to happen, i've been here 5 years absorbed all of the accounts and company releases and have no idea, so how you can smells like predictable bs.

i'm a 1m+ holder and up until yesterday was in the red. i'm waiting for the meat and potatoes of this announcement and for anyone else who is you are welcome, but speculators and day traders for the record we really couldn't care less about your great stock market picks or ability to ride a wave, we didn't need yesterday to understand the underlying value but be warned management here is clumsy. most of the lth's on here have significant numbers of shares and have seen this share spike before, so it's down to tim to deliver and that's the unnerving part. we need a follow up or this will most likely follow all previous spikes back down to earth. tim m don't **** this up now. genuinely gla.

Pleased they have announced something but it needs meat on the bones I'm just back in the black having averaged down from 6p to over 2p I haven't bought any this morning and will see where this settles. Don't knock the pumpers if they didn't blindly buy stock they know nothing about then you wouldn't get these massive rises. They will hold for their 10%.
