What anyone can do is scroll back through from now to January and see a significant number of posters posting positive comments about a deal being agreed based on TM's written and verbal comments. Again you can't answer a straight question. You seem more focused on attacking individuals who are not of the same view as you. What is silly is stating that there is a 50% probability of a deal which clearly tells me that you struggled in school. ST I fully expected that there would be news. My issue without repeating myself is the absence of any mention of the P3 developments. Just because there is none doesn't mean that it isn't relevant. The company can put any narrative it likes in there but you can't help notice it's complete absence compared against 2022 and 2023.

You didn't answer the question. You cannot supplant a yes no with your own completely hypothetical future. Try again, is it reasonable for investors to be concerned that there has been no news on an upcoming P3 trial for Lupus?

A deal is just the sleight of hand used to distract and has been used as a tactic by TM for as long I can remember. LL just pointed it out to you. You are actually subconsciously proving you hang on Tim's word because you believe a deal will happen without proof of that being the case. Based on nothing but hope or faith. I will believe a deal when they announce one and that's my prerogative. Until then I expect the company to provide proper information about how the portfolio is being advanced which is lacking from this release. Speaking to interested parties means nothing to anybody here and certainly doesn't mean a deal is inevitable.

Additionally I would say this is the entire elephant in the room the longer this goes on the worse it looks. I would argue that not updating the market on the P3 trial for Lupus can be argued as a breach of listing rules because this is material to the value of the company considering everyone prior to January 2024 put money into this company because they were expecting the company to actually do a drug trial. If the company has no intention of undertaking a trial with Avion, then they should communicate that. I fear what is happening is that they are looking to secure a new partner or investor for a completely revised trial for P140 and that means a new P1 so you can kiss goodbye to any revenues in the next 5 years. So really the entire play looks like can they secure a buyer and how much.

What's the business plan here exactly? Do research, pay directors handsomely and then sell on the IP. Because that's what it looks like with no explanation of a route to market. So investors roll the dice on whether the IP is valuable or not. Me personally and anyone can disagree but I want a company that advances it's drugs through trials with partners until it can grow to a point and a level of expertise to advance it's IP on it's own.

Though to segue into BBB's question I expect the Chief Executive to be transparent to investors if it is going ahead or not. Doesn't have to be soon but the business must have a plan beyond flogging the tech, otherwise the balance to risk is skewed heavily to high risk.

Though you talk of value, £13M is more than fair for a company with no current prospect of revenues except dilution or exercising INC warrant's (if they go back up that is). You choose to apportion value to Tim's words that's absolutely fine but I and many others the market including will apportion value to concrete prospects to a deal, a trial or data. I have hope rather than faith that the SP will move up at some point but having been invested here long enough if it does happen it will take a long time. Tim has been mooting deals around for a decade and he has secured to date just one and that is clearly on ice. Why is it that those of a completely optimistic persuasion do not want to know the reason for that... Baffling.

This is a put in the drawer share and anybody promising others of multi bags constantly has no idea. Nobody has seen the data or commented outside those on the pay roll of IMM and Tim is a proven master of going to ground after sorting funding. The SP is where it is because other than 2 short interviews and 2 short releases there is literally no information on what this "breakthrough" actually means for investors. So we have this clown car of speculation and delusion it's like saying I have an Idea for an electric car the electric car market is worth billions so my idea must be worth billions oh and a guy in France said my idea is interesting so the car giants will deffo sign me up for a $1B deal. Any logical investor will either take a risk now and see if it pays off, or wait for the data. Tim will need to either release something meaningful in 2025 or announce a deal, anything else is failure and he should be voted out. Since December's 2023 appointment of Simbec-Orion, nothing of material note has happened yet (key word). This is far too long to tell investors straight what is happening with the trial that is the companies current only route to market. As the novel MOA for P140 will need trials and if what comes out of the woodwork is a versatile treatment it will take years to come to market even if it does.

Are they going ahead with the P3 or not, it's a simple question and I find it ridiculous that nearly 1 and half years have passed and Tim has avoided that question. I know some BB members do go to the AGM and I would encourage anyone who does to ask that question. This is material to everyone. More so than what appears to be this new sky's the limit distraction, there's nothing stopping a trial going ahead and subsequent trials are easier to do after passing a P3. Plenty of drugs have been re-trialled for multiple uses. Tell the truth Tim is Lupuzor going to go through a P3 for Lupus patients. Yes or no... No more BS.

Capita is a terrible investment idea they will be culled on multiple fronts particularly government contracts. UK plc can't afford it's outsourcing bill.

We all thought that in 2023 but Tim is a creature of habit. Cycle usually is do the interview rounds, get funding sorted, go to ground for over a year making sure Lanstead have enough shares to keep you in post... Job done. However he doesn't need to do anything for the SP to collapse, Tim did that for him by heading back into the bunker after getting the raise done.
