The thing about promising jam tomorrow in perpetuity is that eventually people no longer believe you.
Tim has long since been at this stage, hence the large percentage voting against him. Even when most holders are apethetic at best. The likelihood now is larger holders have had enough and if he fails to deliver like he has failed every year previously then I wouldn't be surprised to see an EGM forced to remove him. I don't see printing more shares to Lanstead every time the company needs money justifies his continuing tender or that IMM would be lost without him. The more Lanstead sells the lower his support gets.
Will see what happens but I believe that nothing will happen this year, the market is saying the same thing. This also doesn't mean I'm saying people shouldn't be patient, but this is the only strategy here and if you have leadership that communicates that (or even anything) then that's infinitely better than the BS fed by the current incumbent. Deals, deals, deals fast forward 6 months and crickets. Same things said last year and the year before. Believe people based on their results and actions not their words.
