Is there anything stopping me from selling the shares i bought at 4.8p as soon as they hit on 01/10/24 ?

The Webinar is just another thing, (in a long list of things) that the company is failing to provide in a timely manner.

How can they not have organised an AGM by now? , we are a few weeks on now from the Annual report but still no AGM announced , that was meant to take place in July? Its not like they have to book out a venue, as they will be doing it online as usual as they are too gutless to meet their share holders.

You can see why they cant manage to sell the company, that cant even get the basics right.

Whats the story with you and this share ? i can only assume that you lots on money in the red and you are hoping this new change in management can recoup some of your loses ?

What have they got , a crappy bit of land that has been surveyed a few times in the past and no one has thought it worthy enough take it forward. But now Katoro 'gold' thinks maybe they know something others dont ? well they are going to have a think about it over the winter .

I think CS is trying desperately not to have the AGM , telling the truth doesn't seem to be in his nature. After years of telling fibs , getting asked some questions directly will be hard for him to come up with answers.

Desperate now . Taking out loans to survive. Sounds like they are no closer to a sale and admitting no one is really interested as it's in Russia .
