Hi Ken - yesterday I mentioned how the movement of the Dow and the Hang Seng had the affect on Copper prices. At the moment the Hang Seng is down 15% this year, whereas when it hit highs, Copper prices did the same. Am I right by saying until the Hang Seng regains that 15% we won’t hit the Copper highs we had at the beginning of the year ?

As you have said Troajan three big things have happened today and that’s a lot of information and any ramifications for the markets to take in hence such big rises. There is nothing to say this might not continue for a few days - wishful thinking on my part. Taken note of your q 2 observation Troajan - will remember that nearer the time - thanks

Ken what influence Copper prices more, the Dow or the Hang Seng, or as I suspect they all move in unison. If the Dow is going to go up and down and drag Copper with it then we are not going to get anywhere with the SP.
