Can anyone help re the ex date was it correct did you have to hold your shares till 23/10 or 27/10 to get the Rights Issue please I am still really confused Thank you i advance

They say to get the rights issue shares you had to hold till close of trading on the 27th I think there is total confusion all round?

I am on the telephone at present and there saying an email was sent to me on the 28th offering but no email was received but funny my partner also has R R shares and sold on the 27/10/2020 and no email either 2 separate accounts 2 emails neither received even more confussed

Thank you from reading the RNS I understood hold till the 23rd close of business but reading an email from IG trading it states close of businesses on 28th ex date even more confusing

Hi I also thought the same as you. I held on the 23rd sold on the 26th and received none... But when you read the RNS it stated to hold till 23/10/2020 so I think we are all at a loss who sold on the 26th ?? or am I missing something ??
