Massive opportunity for 0518 as combination therapy with other treatments including immune checkpoint inhibitors $56bn market. Next ICI collaboration likely to require upfront payment if the pharma wants to play with 0518.

Collaborations with top cancer research settings like MD Anderson and Imperial college.

Forthcoming trial for Parkinsons with a seat on the science advisory board of Michael J Fox Foundation and partnership with Parkinsons UK. Both collaborations will make patient recruitment a lot easier.

Funding in place until the end of 2022

Incredibly experienced board with heavyweights like Axel Glasmacher and Katrin Rupalla (check out their CVs)

Directors DP and AS own 10% of the company including further investments in the last placing at 110p

Vaccines collaboration with MSD with milestone payments potentially available of up to $1bn

At least Microbiotica don't have to worry about SP and angry shareholders as you can't buy shares as unlisted

Same as Oxford Nanopore before they listed. Now you can buy them but at £4bn market cap

At least with 4D the stock is on offer and what a price.

You might be thinking about what is now 4D Pharma Cork which is basically the Micro DX side of things tasked with identifying microbiome biomarkers

I see Tencent co-led the funding round as a new investor - they also took a stake in Oxford Nanopore a couple of years ago.

There are differences between 4D approach and Microbioticas but also big similarities.

One is related to the way they stratify gut microbial signatures to identify patient candidates, which 4D did with Blautix and also on another unspecified trial (probably 0518).

More evidence that those in the know still back microbiome. It's just the message is not getting through yet to those with the real money.

A bit sad that you think you can achieve anything with a compassionate use program rather than running a clinical trial.

There is no MS trial Paul.

It's a compassionate use program in 1 patient.

It will produce an anecdote.

Trials need to be run in multiple patients.

Otherwise are you suggesting all other biotechs are doing it wrong?

When you feel impatient maybe think that most of the people on the 0518 /Keytruda trial will have been told that they probably don't have long to live so for them a month would be a very short time indeed as they look to make the most of what time they have left.

And maybe someone at one of the trial sites, with very limited life expectancy might just be responding to 0518 and Keytruda. Or maybe not. Who knows?

That's what matters. We only have money riding on this.

Stocks seem as good a place as any to be in the current turmoil.

I mean they are down because of worries about escalation in the relations between NATO and Russia but if that does escalate then cash won't be much use either.
