We are now into the 4th year of the Keytruda collaboration.

Merck dumped their Keytruda trial with Evelo (also microbiome) after 12 months.

Merck have just partnered with Genome and Co who are basically the Korean version of 4D in another Keytruda trial.

Much of big pharma have favoured the consortia approach but Merck have stuck with 4Ds single strain.

The Merck scientists are very smart

If 4D could add a very conservative £250m to Merck annual Keytruda revenue with a price to sales ratio of 3 (Merck PS ratio 3.9 this year) 4D would be worth £750m

And then there's Blautix, asthma and Parkinsons drugs to take into account.

Well they neglected to report that the Covid trial has been dropped and the MS trial withdrawn for "business reasons".

It's a biotech that thinks it can get by without running actual trials.

What are they doing? Presenting an anecdote from 1 patient in a compassionate use program as if this can somehow make up for not running a trial.

They raised $57m and have not run a single trial since then.

What have they done with the cash???

Biotech bear market started about 7-8 months ago.

You have to be seriously dumb to think you can just click your fingers and raise capital in such an environment.
