Sage you know faster payments, instant bank transfers, that's Form3 doing that.
Their last round was led by Goldman Sachs and other investors on board included Lloyds and Nationwide.
If you think they have been stung by a Ponzi scheme I am sure they will be happy to hear from you.
Similarly Aiven round was led by Blackrock and Eurazeo.
Thought Machine, the cloud native banking technology company, today announces it has closed its series D funding round, led by Temasek, the global investment company headquartered in Singapore, with participation from Intesa Sanpaolo and Morgan Stanley. Existing investors following-on in this round include: Eurazeo, ING, JPMorgan Chase, Lloyds Banking Group, and SEB.
Revolut say they don't need to raise capital as they are making big profit. (I take that with a pinch of salt).
They seem intent on offering retail banking services and asset trading platform on a global basis. They have big ambitions. Once the service is operating at scale revenue could grow significantly.
