Easy....
Been in this since January with a small amount. Looks like we may have a leak.
Looks like patience has paid off.
GL All.
Good Morning Luckyno7,
I have it on good authority that the US OEM has not been named for a good reason. Also i asked GM about US sales etc and he could not comment on this further.
The above is the honest truth just like the effort i put in to the research material.
If anyone is asking about accuracy please read point 1 of my research note.
GL all and stay safe
Good morning all,
I have carried out research that takes a look at the evidence to support my theory that Primerdesign have an OEM agreement in place with Thermo Fisher for their COVID-19 test.
I have included a link below to where you can find my detailed research note and i have also summarised the findings below if you struggle to open it.
Note: Primerdesign CE-IVD kit contains 96 tests.
https://twitter.com/extinct82/status/1253562457261555713?s=21
Summary (Primerdesign vs Thermo Fisher test):
1. Both tests give the same detection accuracy (100%)
2. Both tests give rapid detection within 2 hrs
3. Primerdesign test works on open system so can be used on Thermo hardware
4. Thermo Fisher have included hardware in their FDA documentation to accommodate items which can run 96 samples at a time
5. Thermo Fisher FDA documentation changed to accommodate 96 tests rather than the 100 tests
6. Primerdesign market their test as 100% detection and have all the approvals around the world (USA, Europe, Asia, WHO). No advertisement or approval of Thermo Fisher test outside of the USA and standard CE-Mark for European approval. No WHO submission.
7. European OEM’s named and US OEM (announced in February) not named due to potential NDA?
8. Primerdesign products can be re-branded under OEM agreement. USA?
9. First Third Party UK relationship formed with Yougene Health. Thermo Fisher own 9% of Yougene Health. Were they recommended?
GL all. Stay safe and have a good weekend
Thank you 888. Just seeing all the rubbish posted I felt it necessary for any new and existing investors to atleast understand where we were as a baseline now. Note imagine what the figures will be with 8 million + per month. Looking forward to the SP in 3 to 6 months time. Not today or tomorrow as I'm not interested in the short term price fluctuations since I'm not trading this one.
Morning all,
I pop in occasionally. Feeling very relaxed about it all. Now to avoid any de-ramping as well as ramping nonsense we all need to stay calm and look at the bigger picture.
I have posted a simple calculation on twitter (https://twitter.com/extinct82/status/1252849347038818304?s=20).
However here it is for any non-twitter users. We know sales up until 27th March was £17.8 million. Now we know our output is now 4 million a month as of April. Therefore even doing the most basic Maths 101 calculation ignoring any US sales, WHO sales, upscaling in capacity etc we get this:
£17.8 million + (4 million tests x £8.70) = approx. £55 million sales thus far.
Now sit back and think about the above number for a few minutes. Going from £900k of sales to atleast £55 million by the end of this month minimum. A phenomenal job done by the CEO and company as a whole.
Will come back her with my next calculation upon confirmed numbers and not made up ones.
GL all genuine investors. Relax and I hope you and your families stay home and stay safe.
PS I'm still holding all my shares.
Lets see Jarvy.
Either way very relaxed :-)
Just to clarify here £1 billion MCAP is equal to £14.70
This is old news. I knew about this 6 weeks ago. Either way we still need news on who our OEM manufacturer is in the US. I find it strange that all of the other manufacturer names have been given out apart from the one in the US.....
Hi Bramley1967 welcome to the board. I think first and foremost the one key thing which any investor would advise is DYOR - Do Your Own Research.
I would recommend that you dont get swayed by people on this BB (including myself) into buying or selling. Yes there are some excellent posts on here from the likes of VanV, etc. However you should still back it up with your own research as at the end of the day you are parting with your hard earned cash and the last thing I would personally hate to see is investors lose the lot following the wrong advice.
GL with your future investments.
I'm hoping next Tuesday. More time for more sales orders to come in on the back of WHO approval and Pillar 5 confirmation.
NCYT already sell one. Not 100% sure if its for this particular Coronavirus variant. I saw it for sale from one of their US distributors back in February.
I will be holding until the summer at the very least. Hard to gauge where the SP will be. All depends on sales figures and also any potential JV's for increasing manufacturing output substantially. I'm curious to see if GSK and Astra will be involved along with the US actions after Trump referred to a "very good" test in France :-)
PS dont look at the share price. Look at the MCAP. As an example a MCAP of £500 million is around £7.30ish...
20th April. Day after Easter Sunday in Russia
Patience will be rewarded here just like with NCYT. It's early days yet just like with NCYT which has only just started ramping up production. For example they had sales of around £990k in Feb. 6 weeks later thats become £8.7million+
The same will apply here.
GL All
Thats me done for now. Will monitor very closely as its a COVID-19 play.
GL all.
Just sold at 26.8p :-)
Expecting a dip so placed a short at 31.5p
Change your broker mate. I can easily buy and sell on IG.
Agree im holding both shares and have a few long positions via IG. Have been adding around the 100-106p area but very risky to try and catch it now on news. As Juno11 says when the position goes against you its not a nice sight to see. I held my positions on the drop down to the 70's as I have cash deposit in there to cover me all the way down to around 50p.
