" the board notes the continued decline in share price"
How about news once in a while? They do trading updates, and that's it!! And bury contract wins in bullet points.
I haven't checked here in months. I had even forgotten what the latest name is for the company! Amazing the day I chose to come back was results day.. My sixth sense must have said it was RNS time for "This time honestly everything's great."
Been hearing it for years, just don't care anymore sadly! I do need to work out why I'm not getting RNSs etc. emailed mind you.
I totally missed the acquisition. Me forgetting the company name probably doesn't help. That's positive.
Still the share price goes down...
Hello to the IDE refugees! New ticker, I totally forget I've lost all my investment. LOL.
But seriously, let's hope we can squeak something out of this with a fresh new start.
Very unimportant in grand scheme of things... but I do hope they fix the alignment of 'essential it' on their logo. It upsets me already! LOL.
Let's not also forget that IDE gave one of MXC's other companies the connectivity business.
And lent them money. Which wasn't repaid in time. And MXC lends IDE money so it can lend money to the other company... hmm.
"Tomorrow agm assume all resolutions get passed"
To paraphrase Austin Powers: allow myself to agree with myself...
I only have 30 odd shares, so I don't get hit too hard. However multiple that over all shareholders that's a nice little earner.
I remain as I was. I have lost a lot of money on this buying in first at 30p a share, and it's done. It's not like I'm sitting there debating vs sell or stay - I have ease at least that I'll just wait and see if I can get any return.
I do hope with this new brand they invest in it.
I missed the talk of consolidation... and also the rebrand to Tialis.
I think that's not a bad idea. A clean start.
Does anyone know if you say have 70 shares, do they consolidate by rounding up or do you lose out?
Results are like buses. You wait months, then two come along at once.
Well this is about the eight time they've declared mission accomplished so we'll see.
However revenue, gross profit and EBITDA all increasing seems to be a step in the right direction.
Once again the end of the month hangs like the sword of Damocles.
Let's hope they also announce a new auditor in the process.
I'm not having a go at you, but this has been mentioned so many times and it never ends up with RNSs here.
Wow, that theory is still being peddled. You'd think after the millionth time of it not being true people would give up on it. :)
Been here a million times before. A brief surge. People try to hype it up. It'll be back down to 1p/ 0.9p in days.
We're past the hype now. Sorry!
I think it depends on the type of customer, but having had first hand experience in this area the customers do care. They want financial stability. If they're signing a multi-year contract they want to ensure you're here for it.
The daft thing is they must know this is coming up. Don't announce it minutes before the end of August like you've been caught with your pants down. It doesn't engender faith in shareholders OR customers. Do it a few days before at least and make it look a deliberate decision.
A shareholder address, or the company generally? The lack of any news or social updates since 2020 looks so bad, I often wondered if anyone would even pick up the phone if there was an inbound sales enquiry.
Well, towards the end of August is very much here.
They're busy adding extra polish to the turd... and have taken out a loan from MXC to pay for some glitter.
