I dunno , I honestly don't care about GDR now, as faith is crazy low. i. Just when you see that Divoc site which looks like it selling Evian water, untouched cash pile after weeks , CEO issuing rns news concerning placing a and debt rather than news which concerns sales . Lol. Just faith in AIM is all time low, especially when you see d*g sh*t like Amigo fly up 200%

Just seems a bit off. ODX sent out kits to Africa ..then after a few weeks did a placing probably because they already had informal agreements in place . However, GDR raised all the money then sent out the kits and "seems" they haven't touched the cash (£8m+) after a few weeks after.
RE: One of the best products on the market04 Jul 2020 16:21
LP, Sounds like price fixing.lol. where is the effing urgency? GDR are quick to issue placing and other related money loan news all the time but can't even be bothered to update investors during this ultra competitive and lucrative time what is going on? I mean at least respect investors !
RE: One of the best products on the market04 Jul 2020 16:07
Gdr missed getting a foothold in the market, as soon as novacyt announced their attentions, and seems like they are playing catch up ever since. With the CEO keeping quiet and posting cryptic messages on LinkedIn certainly does not endear himself well to investors as a professional either . It's been over five weeks now and European sales should be so strong ....yet nothing. From their last RNS, I don't think they have even touched their cash pile, which probably proves they haven't loaded up on raw materials either . I'd like to be proven totally wrong next week though. I don't mind criticising a company even though I hold. I've seen the same with investors on here : on Amigo , Tui, tomco, before getting totally put down by many people and then see the so go up several hundred percent the next day..... I sold off a fair amount of Tesla stupidly at $800 to be in gdr and losing both ways now.....heavily.

Just reviewing my options in facing possible scenerios, prepare for worst and expect the best in life. If you don't like it simply filter me and pray I burn in hell lol. Steve's view is fairly valid and not adding much to it by giving IF support scenarios.

You may well be right and no doubt the market will see this as a "massive failure" as they have raised 8 million pounds at a severely discounted price. I've seen companies like this before all over AIM, and it is simply not good enough IF you are correct. Right now I'm feeling this is 50-50.
I'd go for early Monday. Next week's announcement is probably the biggest announcement of the whole year for GDR and will determine all our fates. IF the sales are so poor, I don't mind losing 30-40% on SP....but no more. I'm also looking at NCYT and how professional the BOD have been. Textbook, and if I was their well-informed shareholder I would be very satisfied and confident going into 2021 ...
I don;t hold ODX, but that makes ODX even more impressive speed-wise considering they have five kits and raised slightly more than GDR. No doubt GDR has a very good product, but I am just thinking of Zune, laserdisc, Betamax, Firephone, all great products all let down by marketing and sales.
Safy, I suppose we need to ask ourselves without COVID 19 where would Genedrive be now.? Still at 6p and 3m market cap? Taken over? Still, getting tiny sales barely enough to self sustain themselves without placings? My point is COVID 19 is everything to the company right now, nothing else really matters, and professionalism and urgency is required.
yup, our fates will be decided by this time next week. Would be nice to know how the hell GDR sales are going or if there have even been any sales ....and what the general gameplan is. Now everything is just too secretive. This okay for a private company, but not really acceptable for listed PLC which faces a lot of competition who have significant headstarts on us.
Erm........... how on earth can anyone take that website seriously? We are talking life or death situations and the website looks like it was knocked up in 60 mins by someone on here. Own up, who created that website?
We dropped on no news on sales for give weeks. Hence why BATM and Novacyt have their covid assets valued circa @£200m and sustained at that level in the UK. There are no excuses , look at diagnostic companies labcorp and quest on NASDAQ which both keep going up and have both added around $8-9bn to their market caps since covid. Even small tiddler Biocept has trebled past few weeks.. Point is they all provide regular updates to investors whatever the company size.
