For the same amount of product is a good thing in my opinion. So if Wres sell tungsten ( they do) and the price increases that is a good thing. It’s actually better to have increased prices for a given amount produced ( although costs per unit can be reduced by econmies of scale). Mind you increased production snd prices together is very much a good thing in my opinion.

RNS or two or more over the next week or so would be welcome. Particularly something on production increases which I think to be a key to opening many doors for Wres.

So much effort on the bb after a quiet spell. Lots of interest from those expressing negative views on investing in Wres too. I sometime wonder at the level of interest and input from those that dislike the enterprise.
However, gold is still a goodly price which we may get need of in H2. I wonder how the arrangements with the Portuguese are progressing on that.
I also wonder at the progress on the Regua ore getting shipped to la Parilla is going, at 3 times the tungsten content that would make a difference.
I wonder if the plant is soon to move to 7 day working that will make a difference.
I also wonder if we are hitting the higher grade ores at last Parilla that will make difference. Whilst wondering these things I wondered if metal prices will continue to rise as the commodity people seem to think when I was watching Bloomberg.
Then I wondered if after consolidation we had figures showing increasing production if we could perhaps get some of the loan money refinanced at better rates.
Then I wondered about tungsten perhaps being in short supply, what with the old overhang from the fu yang thing all gone.
I have just been wondering a lot.

MIB. Not really a lot to say that hasn’t been said. Outlooks vary. those who do not invest here have strong views expressing that the do not like the company it seems, so there might be something from them. There are others looking to a more positive outcome going forward. What is common is that there is no news cat the moment. Mind you quarter results soon should raise discussion.

I was thinking, good news for one person might not be good news for another.in fact if we were to get rather good news for Wres that is positive for the immediate, short, medium and long term, would this good news for others, or indeed for all posters on this bb. There are many things to think about. One mans gravy and all that.

I think we can all agree good news would be welcome. Also good news is welcome in all walks of life on all sorts of matters.

Geng, depending on earnings the effects on pension funds by putting money above certain numbers can not always work out well for high earners. Certainly over here some doctors and others were retiring early due to the punitive effects on pension funds when putting money in. Mind you I don’t know MM’s taxable status of what legislative jurisdiction he holds his money or pension fund. Actually I have no idea about how that works for him. However, I still see his buying as a positive indicator - well the SP moved up, a rare thing of late.

Seawolf, hard to know, but perhaps MM thinks that production is increasing or some other good thing is happening or that it was something he needed to do to get the SP above the issue price. I see it as a positive thing. Had he not bought some it would not have been as positive. Whatever way I look at it, his buy was a positive indication - just how positive remains to be seen.

Dreamingof, the production is the key to unlocking us from the current financial arrangements. If we get a 100 tons a month I think we can make alternative arrangements with finance that are less punitive. If we get to 150 tons and/or increasing metal prices I think it’s a definite option.
As Troajan said we are moving to 7 days a week, if we start using Regua ore and improved quality ore from la Parilla the whole story changes, a lot. Imho.

Troajan, I agree that we can get along and indeed improve by producing product and going ro 7 days a week would get us there.
The consolidation I think to be a good thing and if that gets supported by improving production numbers prior to the seven day working then things will get considerably better. Any other good news would all add to that so increasing metal prices, Regua coming on stream, further plant efficiencies and perhaps even news on the gold would be most excellent- if all that happens or just some I think refinancing will happen which is more good news to the bottom line. We will know a lot more by end of April. In the meantime if Wres wants to come up with a good news RNS that will be welcome.

Wasp, I remember that too. It’s funny old world, there was more risk then as well . Things can change though and going back to that market cap and then being passed can happen all quite quickly.

If will get a RNS tomorrow. A good one would be nice. It is Tuesday tomorrow, I always think of a Tuesday RNS as a good one, whereas I think Friday ones are not so good.
News on Regua working would be very welcome imho.

BC I looked it up and MM bought at .53p in RNS Nov 2014. He is down on his investment here, as are many.
He loaned money last year as part of a package last year.
I think it’s fair to say MM would prefer a higher SP. As would the CEO and many others.

With my posts, you might consider me something of an optimist with regard to Wres. Given the overhang and today’s little RNS I would have expected more red. Even I would have trouble taking a positive view I thought- this really would require management to get on with serious turd polishing. Yet somehow we are have turned blue! So hats off to management? Or is there something waiting in the wings to lift ones morale?

Big Evi, those links are positive outlooks, now if the same sentiment for tungsten can be realised at for Wres, it would be most excellent,imho.
