MIB. I take it that you are looking and hoping for the SP to rise. For that to happen it needs shares to be bought. Some of those buying would perhaps would be looking to see if it’s a good investment.

Coming to thirty quid. Particularly impressive is the 2 quid. There are those that this is a signal that the games afoot. There are others that say it’s a sign mms rounding off on odd amounts left from deals.

MIB, are you saying your son-in-law has researched the relevant data and considered the siting of the plant and mine, analysed this and feels that the flooding risk was actual and foreseeable. Alternatively, is it a general statement saying foreseeable risk should have allowed for this.
Personally having visited the site, from a layman’s point of view I really wouldn’t have thought flooding to be a foreseeable risk. It seems to me that it was an unusual occurrence. Bear in mind Rio Tinto Zinc operated there for, I think, some decades. I believe they also employ geologists.
Having said that if you son in law has carried out a full analysis I would gracefully concur that it should have been factored in.

The RNS perhaps may be a prelude to a placing. We know we expect we finance at the moment, and a placing in my opinion is better than just getting it from Atlas. So I reckon it’s a signal. Yep, I think the communication is pretty good for Wres. Don’t see it so much with others on AIM. I have been in others where it really is a case of uninformed. Makes it very tricky to know anything at all let alone monthly production, and let’s face it Wres have been giving us that lately, warts and all.

I think MM bought a lot of shares last month to add to his already considerable investment in Wres. An endorsement in my view, as opposed to alternative erroneous suggestions as to his holding in the company.

Following a number of meetings towards the end of December 2020 between the Company's senior management and representatives of the Extremadura from the RNS 15th Jan, the grant is referred to, it would be nice to see it paid:
“Government, the Company has been assured that the approved €5.3m grant (the "Grant") is being processed for payment to the Company, although actual payment is not expected to be made until later in H1 2021. The Company would like to reiterate that it has satisfied all conditions precedent for receipt of the Grant.”

Rod, Iwould say why even bother with a RNS of that type. Then I thought perhaps ( I do not know) it’s something tha5 has to be stated following the consolidation.
I would have preferred a lots of shipments one. However, despite the lack of a bumper RNS or even a forum it’s looking really nice out, all investors have a lovely day. Think8ng positive is good for the soul and helps things along imho.

To go on a bb for a company I do not like and start negative posting from 0700. Then I can go on doing it through the day, day after day, and also at weekends. It will give me an opportunity to reiterate why I would not invest in the company and also make comments about others.
However, I can’t really find the time because I spend my allocation of time for bb posting on Wres where I am invested. Also I would worry about my way of being if I did something like that.
As for a company communication, I think we get a fair bit compared to their companies. If an investor forum does not take place because management are busy running the company Personally I am not bothered in the slightest.

rod, that would be my definite favourite.

The delay on holding a forum might be due to Wres having sensitive discussions. and so would not want raised at this time. There are a number of things that would have to be discussed at BoD level and not publicly. If so the forum would follow this and an official announcement..
Sensitive issues that may perhaps be progressing include: Licencing for Sao Martinho or Regua; redress on the jig and mill debacle, JV or such at Sao Martinho, refinancing at better rates (albeit I think we would need a period of improved production for that); Blackrock agreeing to a PIK roll over, a placing , a selling off of Sao Martinho for some else to develop, etc. Also none of these things being discussed is another possibility.
However, whatever the whatever, it is my opinion they are doing something at the moment. It might even be simple focus on ramping up production, which is most likely imho.

On the matter of the Atlas facility; there are conditions set out in the contract and these are are stated in the relevant RNS. Atlas cannot do anything they want. It would,on balance, be fair to say also there some things they can do.

Trojan, the suggestion of rolling interest as PIK for blackrock is suggested I n the shard report. That would be the best option for the near future if available.
Now if we can keep the production up at these recent levels and then improve on them going forward many things become possible.
As for what actually happens we shall have to see. If Wres are demonstrably evidential with positive figures this will provide clarity, avoid criticism of obfuscation then much is to be gained.
We have to clear the Atlas overhang first to move the SP up though, even with good figures it will be an impediment to the SP increasing. If as you say that is already happening and to some extent happened that’s well and good.
