On holiday one year in a caravan on a Haven site: my son ( then 6) was ill and the caravan was being buffeted by huge sea gulls.went outside and the chap next caravan was chucking bits of crab on my roof. We had words. 3 days later same again, could not get the chap to come out of his caravan. Motivation is a strange thing, we all get pleasure from different things. From the last RNSit indicates: that we get to 1000 tons for year end, full production report for the qtr in October, recovery rate at 65% ( which is ahead of the level predicted by Shard) , 7 day working for Sept ahead of predicted 4th qtr, plant utilisation at91%. Would somebody, nobody, everybody, anybody that did not have a material interest keep posting, going back over the posts of others and with a fair old word count keep on posting day after day , if they did not have an agenda or perhaps a ‘ condition’? I would only post where I have an interest, I mean….time is a resource and their not making any extra days for individual lifetimes, all imho.

I find it a little odd that you have invested more when you expect everything to go bosoms up.I too have invested more, but I do take the view things will go well. ( a rose tinted view in your opinion). With Atlas clearing, production having increased, prices rising and the advent of seven day working I look to a brighter future and certainly hope you see profit as that would also reflect on me. With everything coming together, refinancing must surely be on the cards and with the subsequent reduction in interest payments that would be a massive boost. We are also expecting news on Regua would be another boost, and if things on licensing are improving in Portugal perhaps a little golden news on Sao Martinho. Have a nice weekend.

Which is from 2017, and also conversations. Hence, I always understand it to be we get 80% of APT price. You go ahead and twist as much as you want.

My understanding is that; we produce tungsten concentrate, the price we get is based against APT price, under the offtake we get 80% of that price, we get paid for the actual tungsten content. So whatever the APT is per mtu we have to reduce to 80% then again by the metal contained which has been 66% lately.
We are producing more each month and prices are higher than last year.

The end product is not APT, it’s tungsten concentrate.

They did have diesel generators as back up to the grid. I think if you make electricity in Spain you can get costs from tax and certain rules that makes it not worthwhile if yo u push it out to the grid. I am working from memory, but think that’s pretty much the case.

We have consistently increased production month on month recently. If that continues that would be good imho. If they are saying the 1000 tons is be achieved by year end it looks like we shall see further increased production imho. Onwards and upwards imho.

So many questions raised: Are we producing water? What is the purity of the water concentrate, has it hit 66%? Do we have an off take agreement for the water? How much do we get per mtu?what is the water mine life expectancy?Will this involve a potential production of fish which could e included in production costs? What about tailings?

200 litres of water would weigh quite a bit. 200 kilograms in fact. So if it was 200 kg over each square metre it would require an area of 5sq metres to get a ton.

Given the Taliban’s recent take over and that they have got several thousand armoured vehicles, some aeroplanes, helicopters, tens of thousands of heavy small arms including lots of 50 calibre machine guns, areas that error it’s can train and operate from, the potential spill over/influence particularly into ****stan ( nuclear capability) - one might think weapons demands might start increasing. In which case would this have an effect on tungsten demand. Everyone needs hard stuff for pointy bits and machine tooling I would have thought. All very very dreadful though it is. It is what it is.
