Aston, I haven’t seen anyone complimenting MM recently. I hope that I am in a position to provide generous applause for outstanding achievement for Wres, or at least nod satisfactorily at increased production.
I hope you get to see a considerable profit.

I am looking forward to a rising SP. metal prices are up, solutions to previous problems addressed, back to increasing production month on month. Well I like to think so, but there could a load of frogs as omr predicted-We have had everything else.

Aston, the best times for Roman rule were when the emperors were not interfering with the machinery of management. Once they started playing to the masses it was not so good. If pragmatic stuff is getting done, we will hear about it . Mind you a good news RNS would be welcome, but I think we are due Q4 numbers in a few weeks, so perhaps then ? imho

Jaf, I was just looking at the misconception, issue. I certainly would not be able to comment on the translations from the Latin or anything else. However, as I understand things there was some bad press, but the fact remains his principle on fire precautions did make their mark with the word ‘ curfew’ . It was the term then used for putting fires out after dark. It seems from the fires that occurred at the time, not withstanding Christians being scapegoated, that he did some sensible stuff with precautions that become twisted in folklore to something negative- which they were not.
Might have even saved some lives.
I have a passing interest in reading penguin books based on writings of the Romans and Greeks, but there is a lot of bias- Herodotus looks to be a right old one for it.

Nero fiddling while Rome burned was part of a publicity campaign against him by Flavian propaganda. I think his legislation on ensuring there were no fires left out in the open after dark ( to provide lighting for shops etc) was the first recorded fire safety legislation. So on that point it was a misrepresentation. Some of the other accusations against may well have been lies too, Suetonius is not a factually reliable historian on the Caesar’s.
Mind you Nero, despite being popular with commoners, was pretty inept in many areas, but his fire safety was good - it also included building houses further apart ( much the same happened after the Great Fire of London and so The Shambles in York is the only street left with a road the width pre 1666.

Geng, I have been unable to understand motive for such a prolific poster on a company they are not interested and over such a long time too. I cannot recall anything quite like it, unless we include the other posters on this bb that have the same behaviours. Well, it’s how they like to spend their time I suppose.

MM’s investment in Wres, prior to this year was a considerable part of his personal wealth. So he was not a billionaire then, I doubt he is now as he is working. If he was that rich he could have financed the Wres loans and that would have had a huge effect on sentiment and SP imho. Very cheap at the moment we are ( Joda).

I take the view that production which has increased consecutively over the past three quarters will continue to do so. The more the better imho.

That ties in with expectations for year end ( and the resultant Q4 expectation) of the lower levels expressed on the Q3 RNS. Aimho.

A positive RNS this week would be a welcome thing.

Rampers have an obvious agenda. Those that say they would not invest and are disinterested and then continually post several times daily over months have motivations that I cannot understand. So to echo Steven, what’s your agenda?

I bet all the non invested and disinterested posters are out raged by this error on the website of the company, particularly those going on the website to not be interested. In the company at the weekend.
Mind you the website has been poor and should be locked after better.

The charts may be method that works for some. I think regardless of charts things like metal price increase, production levels, finance deals, decisions by management , weather etc can all effect prices.
at my simple level of understanding I can see what looks low and what looks high. However,if Gengs charting is predicting a rising SP and is correct, I am very much for it.

Aston, MM has put a lot of money in this year alone, so I think he would have concerns and a keen interest into the well-being of Wres. Given what he put in I don’t think it’s running scared, if it was he would have pulled the money out.
I would agree there has been a litany of disasters. I think the flooding earlier in the year was the worst of those, but we now have remediation and dams etc to deal with any further events of 5hat kind.
We need to see some good production figures going forward.
