GUG, thank you for the clarity. the plant is shut for maintenance which will recommence next week. The context of Aston boys comment was that the plant would be non operational and not become operational until new ownership- I do not concur with that view.
The RNS informs us of a short shut down to make improvements and that it will restart next week.- I take the RNS to be factual. the plant has been operational for some time......I mention it in case you didn't know,

Dreamingof, I agree with the sentiment on having been informed about improvements many times. Improvements are good if producing plenty, not so much when production is under par and improvements become being a necessity. A number of things have been worked on, so lets hope everything can get going.. I would certainly prefer it to be the case that everything is now going to allow production going forward and Wres simply produces metal in reasonable quantities. WE should get further ' improvements' with the electrostatic separator and who knows, Ore from Regua. We are still in business and while thats the case things can pick up. Some good newss really would be nice. aimho.

Let’s hope production goes up this quarter. According to the RNS there a number of improvements to facilitate that. So it’s now down to next quarter figures.

There are deals on solar panels, eg a friend of mine seduces farmers who pay nothing and then get more income from solar panels than they do from the farming of the land. They seem to like it. Perhaps there will be an arrangement of no cost for Wres, but it would take time. The
The extra main grid connection was arranged in Q3 last year, to be completed 2022. In the meantime, ithink the6 should consider diesel generators: , diesel can be efficient for electrical generation in times past., I don’t know, but just should be looked at I would have thought.

2cv, I am with you on that. We knew Q4 was bad as they had told us, Icd must have thought this investment was worthwhile and would have known much. I had hoped for better from January, so now it’s going from where we are at the moment- I certainly hope that’s an improving case. Wres was improving production last year, let’s hope they can pick that ball up again.

OMR, wish you well. It seems all those years of the high life ( hope that was the case) are catching up. Once you get fixed up, you will feel better about things.

Could be debt with ICD, perhaps a trade credit? They might see it as an opportunity, to get more leverage.

Is the dearest in the world. We have fuel duty on it, we then pay VAT on that duty. We get taxed on tax. Hopefully fuel in Spain is not getting as expensive as it is here. Expensive fuel is not good for economic growth imho.

It’s about defamation of directors and stuff, seems action is being considered. Don’t know if anyone has said anything defamatory about directors and such that could have happened here. But I think there may be relevance:-

'Nighthawk Energy (LON:HAWK, OTC:NHEGY) is considering legal action against ‘de-rampers’ who have been making “persistent defamatory and untrue postings” on bulletin boards, hosted on the Interactive Investor (iii) and ADVFN (ADVFN) websites.

The postings concern the operations of Nighthawk and its management which the board considers to be extremely damaging to the company and its reputation.

After it obtained a High Court of Justice order in June, instructing iii and ADVFN to provide the posters’ details - who were posting material that the court accepted could be defamatory -, Nighthawk said it has now established the posters’ identities and it is considering, with its legal advisers, instituting civil proceedings against the ‘de-rampers’ for defamation.

“The company took steps to identify the posters who try to escape liability for their defamatory postings by hiding behind a cloak of anonymity ... In some cases the names and other details used to register these accounts are fictitious and posters also can try and cover their tracks using numerous pseudonyms but they can be traced through their IP addresses”.

Both iii and ADVFN are assisting Nighthawk to provide the posters’ details.

In a separate statement, Nostra Terra Oil and Gas (LON:NTOG) revealed that it is also mulling civil proceedings against certain bulletin board posters.

The company is considering its next move in response to “untrue and malicious statements about the company's activities and personnel”, which it claims have been “made repeatedly by certain posters” on the internet and via the iii and ADVFN boards.

Like Nighthawk, Nostra Terra obtained a High Court of Justice order instructing iii and ADVFN to provide information relating to the bulletin board posters.'

With tin at over $43230 per ton as well as the tungsten price at $342 mtu, A RNS with good production news would be good, Tuesdays used to be a usual day for a RNS. That’s aimho of course.

L200, I don’t know why it showed blue. However, it did and I took it to mean someone in charge of the colours thought it should be blue.I thought they must have a reason.

Finding an Extract from a K3 post from 3and half years ago………….must have took a bit of work …..now that really is making an effort.

Dreaming of, the price on a low was $15000 the difference is considerable to $44000, so even foe production of contained metal if we said for last year an estimate of 40 tons that would give a diffence of 29000x40= 1.16 million , so not to be sniffed at. We don’t know production for last year yet, but I think that might beuthere abouts. Given the 3xpectation from the last update, production should improve a lot this year, that’s a considerable difference. But you are right we need more production, I think at least us two would like to see that.
