At this time we had entered phase1 trial of 1801 in clinical trial.

No means of going into later phase of 1b trial due to antics of Riverfort Global.

Money has been raised sufficient to complete longterm toxicology studies.

The situation now is results from phase1a data gives excellent tolerability and no serious adverse events in both SAD and MAD dosing.

No indication of any increase in creatinine levels detected. That a point to make when the reasonings are given as to why we are better than Beprocitinib and Ropsacitinib ( although Tyk2 Jak2).

Further long term toxicology studies now required to satisfy the use for long term and establish the superiority over current Jak inhibitors notably those that inhibit Jak1 Jak2 and Jak3.

Should funding be required and that will be towards the later part of the year then any raise will be done on the basis of the results emanating from this long term toxicology report.

This virus can lead to respiratory issues with difficulty in breathing and lead to pneumonia.

I asked Tim with regards the difference between 1801 and 1802.

I then asked why since 1802 is patented for immunotherapy.

His response was Jaks crossing the blood brain barrier we felt the need to limit / avoid.

It is ok for use in cancer, but told me the increase in jak not really suitable as may pose safety concerns further down the line.

Cancer you are looking at a course of treatment and auto immune may be many years.

The positive benefits in cancer treatment will far outweigh the adverse effects.

Do I think that Parker was pro RF funding?

No!

The chairman has important rolls and has the power to dismiss a CEO should his performance be regarded as unsatisfactory.

In this instance l believe it was decided that the best thing to do for the benefit of the company was to place Tim in the position of COO.

No reason was given and we may never know the reason.

Parker may have expressed concerns about RF.

This would have been put to the board.

But ultimately the CEO has the last say.

The only way you can stop this is by removing the CEO.

BMS bought Celgene out for 74 billion dollars in 2019.

Yes we know they had a much bigger pipeline!

Deucravacitinib was not given approval by the FDA for use in Psoriasis until 9th September 2022.

BMS believed vast superiority over Otezla with Deucravacitinib and hence sold Otezla to Amgen for 13.4 billion dollars.

An advantage of Deucravacitinib is it does not require any laboratory testing when treating patients.

Deucravacitinib failed to meet its endpoints in UC .

Deucravacitinib being trialled in SLE.

As we exhibit Jak1 2 and 3 with Tyk2 being selective over Jak1 and Jsk1 being selective over Jak2 and 3 we are classed as a Jak inhibitor and this is regardless of selectivity.

We therefore need to demonstrate long term toxicology studies and corresponding results, that removes the confines of being placed in the group of Jak inhibitors and their respective boxed warnings that will definitely restrict usage and again commercialisation value.

Regarding change of CEO ?

My firm opinion to be blunt is that Tim to be uncompromising in the role of CEO with regards to business affairs.

The idea of equity drawdown at first glance would look good.

That is fine if the SP remains fairly stable.

However the rate at which RF off loaded these shares caused serious decline in the SP.

It is easy to state now that due diligence should have been exercised with regards to similar previous deals and the resultant effect on SP affected by this company.

Whilst Tim as a chemical scientist clearly has not compromised quality and attention to detail in developing a compound this uncompromising approach does not mean it is good with regards to the commercial aspect of the company.

It had placed him under a considerable amount of stress. Company getting far too close to going under until bailed out by shareholders of which some have posted here.

A very poor business decision.

Tim can now focus on his primary objective of completing translational studies and bringing 1802 to preclinical ending.

In this instance important preclinical data will give a value to 1802 compound. It will still have to go through a phase1 trial, no skipping to phase2.

Hence on completion of long term toxicology data and interpretation of data with corresponding validation of 1801 and the completion of preclinical studies along with conclusive and validated preclinical data a value can be placed not on the one, but both compounds.

In this instance Sareum are entering an arena well placed for complete takeover ie buyout.

Toxicology studies will be cheaper and quicker than a phase 1b study.

Resources can then be concentrated into 1802 development.

Preclinical end data should allow subject to MHRA approval allow for entry into phase1 clinical trial. T ALL is an area of urgent unmet need where the prognosis is very poor.
