I never gave a price as too many variables as is what exactly is in the finalised data.

Irrespective of receiving these finalised results a long term toxicology study is required ie 4 months to allow entry in to phase2.

You state that in your opinion that the company will be bought out around September.

Now from what source did you gain thus information? It was not from the AGM as you never attended.

I’ll be pushing this lower until the back end of this week. I should be 100% liquidated then so where ever the share price rests next Friday it should stabilise by then

SDC compounds are much further forward.

We only had a 27.5% financial interest of 737.

Gsk returned 737 along with all other compounds including WEE1 inhibitor.

At 9p SDC 1801 was not in clinical trial.

1801 has aced phase 1a SAD and MAD dosing which has shown no increase in creatinine levels that have caused the withdrawal in phase2 studies in competitors immuno therapy pipeline, one of which is Breprocitinib our closest rival in the Tyk2 Jak1 class.

That I fact not ramping.

As each stage of a phase trial is passed the value of the compound increases significantly. Fact!

Touk seriously I have explained this already It’s simple. The SP on AIM is driven by sentiment and short-term trading, not fundamental value. Avacta isn’t some lifestyle AIM stock. It’s a biotech with genuine, de-risked, billion-dollar assets. The idea that an offer would be based purely on today’s AIM SP is laughable. BP doesn’t take pricing cues from retail traders. They base valuations on data, assets, and strategic value.

yes fairly large drop as a percentage, rather odd as I would not think people would be selling at these prices. Possible buyout , partnership of somesort and the least likely a fund raise.

The Brokers happy to let the price drop to induce trades and attract investment as it is in the brokers and investment banking sector that gains.

Avacta in similar boat to us which I own a few shares and they hace dropped from around 54 p to 40 p in a couple of weeks.

Any company that looks even remotely like possibly needing funds in the not too distant future has been hammered lately. (AIM that is)
