Exactly, the dividend as a percentage of NAV is very low compared to other REITs. The reversionary potential is therefore far greater. Don't dispute there are issues, that is widely publicised. However, the issues are being slowly resolved.
The market is not pricing in the reversionary potential AT ALL. In fact it's discounted us further for having that potential as we are one of the highest yields around!
Mine is a medium term view here. This has the potential to outperform most of the other REITs over the next 3 to 5 years. Great ongoing income from this share too. Also has great long term interest rate on its debt, not recognised by the market.
I also hold SUPR for the good dividend. Smaller holding than SOHO because I see that as a solid income play rather than income plus growth potential.
In fact, of all the REITs I hold, my assessment is that this will most likely outperform them all in a 3 year time frame. We shall see! My bets are well spread.
