I also topped up as soon as I could to bring my average down to £4.63. Very happy with that, but will add some more if it dips in next week.

First Interim dividend per share maintained at 22.0 pence.

· The Directors intend to target a dividend of at least 72 pence per share for the year ending 31 March 2025.

Can't see that personally. High occupancy. Well below NAV. Supermarkets don't just build and move elsewhere on a large scale. Especially the big 6.

Of course the retailers may decide to try and buy their stores from SUPR, but that would be at NAV.

Obviously everyone needs to assess the risk themselves.

Shorters can keep this down, but at close to 9% yield it will get painful for them IMO.

The portfolio is outperforming market analytics firm Modo Energy’s BESS index to achieve an average of 26% higher revenue, with October being the best individual month of the year so far for GRID’s portfolio.

All quiet, so guess it's a better of hold and wait for next year! Maybe we'll get a pleasant dividend surprise to help us? From all accounts we're still expanding, which is great for the future.

Was expecting the Q3 financial results before the 3pm meeting today! Guess someone forgot to post them and they will pop up soon!

The weakening £ against the $, also has a positive impact on both the shareprice AND the dividend.

In the half year report, they also stated:

"The first half of this year has undoubtedly been one of uncertainty for shareholders with the deterioration of the BESS revenue environment and with the Board taking the incredibly difficult decision to temporarily suspend dividends."

For me, more than a year would not be a temporary suspension. Especially as revenue is highly likely to increase over 2024.

There has been strong indications dividends will return next year. For a start they have just said the return on NAV is targeted at 8%, plus they have just completed a capital reduction with the statement:

"The purpose of the Capital Reduction is to provide the Company with a significant pool of reserves which can be used in the future, if required, to fund dividend distributions, returns of capital or to provide flexibility for any other general corporate purposes."

Read it how you like.

Given the increasing revenues, looks like a bargain ATM IMHO.

Will be interesting to see the level they restart the dividend at, and how much they assign to buy backs.

The proposed dividend was given in the annual report last year on 12 December. Not long to go.

Looks like shorts reduced to well under 0.5% reporting threshold on Tuesday. Reckon they bought again yesterday as a couple of large trades, so may now be closed completely.

Shorts reduced last week. Looks like they are exiting having stuffed us down to this level. Cpild be a good time to buy / top up?
