I'm also in 7 different renewable ITs. When I top up I look for the one that's performed the worst over the past month. That's because over time there's quite a strong correlation between all of them.

I agree NESF was chopped around ex divi day, by far more than the divi. Hence marginally the best value right now IMO.

Driven down because of Trump and I suspect someone wanted to buy big. Now smaller investors will probably be scrambling to buy back their shares, having panicked.

I still can't see this below 120 when we get the dividends to invest on Friday, but that's simply my opinion! Some way to go though.

Surprising fall from 150 ish that maybe caused by Octopus increasing their investment here. Looks like it's still being shorted, although nothing over 0.5% declaration.

Will be topping up end of this week.

Very happy with the position I've built here for a long term hold. A well run property portfolio IMO.

It depends on the broker you're with. The minimum I've seen charged is 15% in a SIPP or ISA. Fill out a W8BEN formula.

With the dividend increase for next year just announced, providing over 9% pa return. Plus likely capital gains from this low point.

Given the focus the current government has on increasing the use of renewable, away from fossil fuels, it looks like a very attractive buy.

Just topped up, again! Have absolutely no need to sell any as they are part of my pension income, much of which gets reinvested anyway. A low share price works for me as it increases my income.

I disagree. This is linked to the gilt market, as interest rates rose due to the tory budget, followed by a target of 2% inflation as one of sunaks key objectives (forcing the BoE to keep raising interest rates), it impacted JLEN share price and all other investment trusts.

Buy now, and if they return to NAV (which I believe they will, because it was only the loony Tory budget that started the slide here), then you'll be showing a 50%+ capital gain on top of great dividends.

Interest rates falling will see us steadily climbing IMO.

Anyway I will continue accumulating with spare funds while we stay well below NAV and offer a stonking fully covered dividend PLUS buybacks too.

One of Trump's claims is he intends bringing inflation and interest rates down quickly (and that will also chop the discount rate) . That will definitely have a positive impact for SEIT.

A solid well run REIT IMO.

I think they are simply reshaping the company, managing debt and recycling assets as appropriate. I can see this in the FTSE100 in 5 years time.
