Oh, forgot my other slight gripe. The discounted placing. SWC have said they don't like discounted placings. I agree with that, especially as funding rounds should come through thick and fast at this stage.

We could have raised the £3.25m at 8p easily. We don't need any extra dilution. They need to have more faith in the offering next time.

I suspect they have this notion that they have to keep institutional buyers the happiest. They don't. Retail are the ones driving this. Institutions will take over when we reach £500m MCAP.

I think we'll get there in 2025 (as will SWC and I'm not selling any of my holding there either).

Yeah, I couldn't believe my luck Friday when people were selling and I managed to pick up what I wanted at just a small premium above the 6p.

Now we're firmly on the same track as SWC I also reckon a major re-rate due. Thursday for me was the pivotal day.

Well done the COIN team for taking note and setting the correct new direction. Now it's all down to speed of execution.

My only disappointment was the cap on the retail offer. No need for it. Keep raising whatever you can on every round. Retail are the ones that will drive this up very quickly to mid FTSE 250 size. Whether it's then worth moving off AQSE is another matter. I really like the platform.

Looks like we closed at 12c, approx 9p on OTC. It had fallen back in line with Aquis, but after we closed it moved back to more or less where it had opened the day.

A good sigh for Monday. How oversubscribed thd offer was, will be another indicator.

Given the good news and the start of execution of the Forza treasury plan, I believe we should start to emulate the SWC move. They've had years to adopt this strategy and it needed SWC to show them the way! At least they are firmly on the path now.

However, if their underlying business is strong self supporting, and throwing off cash to be converted into btc as well, then that's an added bonus. The raises (after expenses) should go 100% into btc.

Seems mad to cap this at all. They need to grow and fast IMO. The faster the better. The RNS says they can increase to 8m euros. Hopefully they will or lots will miss out.

It will be a significant chunk if they raise the full 8m euros in the retail placing. Will be surprised if they exceed that in requests, but I may be pleasantly surprised

Retail offer now open, but sadly my broker doesn't support. Should get very strong support tomorrow as valid until 16.30. However will be interesting how the share price reacts tomorrow. May be subdued all day, but then on Monday we should fly. Will be interesting as different to SWS which only opens for 5 hours.
