I remember a company called regen therapeutics where I would get phone calls vitually weekly ramping upthese shares. I was already a shareholder and had seen the price drop dramatically. I even gor a phone call from Hargreaves lansdown telling me to sell other shares I held to buy these. Unbelievable.

Naughty naughty. You know what I mean. Any company can sell off businesses at a loss. The secret of a good negotiator is to sell off non-pheriferal businesses at a profit. Its like you buying fgp shares at 1.34 and seling them to me at 90p. You can if you want to by the way.

Some of the infrastructure will be covered by Network Rail,. will in not? And I am sure they will have insurance out to cover some parts of the rest. To be honest dont think this is real issue. The way that I see it is, company needs to increase profits, re-instate dividend as that in itself breathes confidence and then sell off some of the pheriferal businesses like TCG but not at a loss. They keep going on about the american business and based on this alone it could be worth more than the whole market cpaitisation of FGP.

With a market capitalisation of 1.6 billion I think this is is massively undervalued. It will take time but this needs to double just for strters. All in my humble opinion of course.

Broker view is actually an upgrade from 62p to 65p.
